We get told the car has a "problem". The car has been in the shop for almost a month now with no progress or work being done. Every time you call they are unable to give updates and the answer is call back later and speak to the owner. Over and over again. Call back later and speak to the owner. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Car still has a "problem" but no one will tell you what the problem is. Workers are rude and nasty on the phone and hang up on you. Everyday it's another story, your cars not ready...call back tomorrow. To make matters worse they are REQUESTING MORE MONEY FROM US EVEN THOUGH THE TRANSMISSION IS UNDER THEIR WARRANTY. There was absolutely no sales double talk, she was consistent throughout the entire buying process, and it was a same day purchase.
