If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not use this company for anything. The owner is extremely unprofessional -- she takes your money without doing her job, and when you have questions or need assistance, she either ignores you or gets upset, even though you're paying her to perform a service. I also discovered that important messages I asked her to relay to my tenants were never communicated, which caused unnecessary issues. Upon move-out, my property was supposed to be returned cleaned, including a professional tile cleaning, but nothing was done. The home was absolutely filthy when I received the keys. I have photos and receipts showing the condition of the property. To make matters worse, instead of properly handling the security deposit, she refunded it to the tenants out of spite. The house now smells like an ashtray, even though it was a strictly no-smoking rental. No cleaning was done nor was the tile professionally cleaned. My experience with Melissa was terrible. I would not recommend her or this company to anyone. You will regret using their services. There are far better companies out there that actually care about your property and uphold professional standards. read more

I have lived in my unit 3 years and I would like to issue a formal complaint about Melanie from this office. I have had numerous things break in my unit throughout the years even having a washing machine explode/ shards fly at one point and I was left to my own devices/ told to fix things on my own etc and told to wait a month for a repair for my washing machine. Today I had my garbage disposal break and I just told the office in a serious tone that I need help with a repair because I travel and I don't want it to get pushed to the side like they usually do for me when I need a repair. I was met with Melanie getting aggressive with me over the phone giving me an ultimatum of get charged if your garbage disposal is clogged (when I confirmed it's not clogged) or watch a YouTube video and fix it yourself. We had a poor experience with one of their realtors. I am looking to lease a townhouse. I sent all of the requested information. I certainly qualify for the lease. The realtor did not answer my respnse to her email. I then texted the realtor a nice follow up regarding the townhome. Her answer was short and essentially rude, indicating that the unit had been already leased. I am still looking to lease. You would think she would want my business and send me other options or at least be professional. I am willing to give Luxe International Realty 2 stars, because, when we actually do get to talk to someone the person on the other side of the phone is actually quite pleasant and nice. My bf and I applied for a condo in town and we got approved. The approval process was quick and easy, however our issues started as soon as we got approved. First, when we called to get our exact address so we could connect utilities and forward mail we were given the wrong address. After I spent about an hour and a half changing my old address to the wrong address I had to spend additional 2 hours fixing it. When we signed the lease and got our keys we went to check out our condo and, to our surprise, the painters were still there. They were nowhere nearly done and it ended up delaying our move-in schedule. When we finally started moving in, we realized that the people who changed the tile and painters left a mess so, before we could even unpack we had to clean the condo ourselves. There was also a lot of old tile left on the patio and we were promised that it would be picked up but it has been about 2 months and no one has done it. The realty company ended up refunding us about 2-3 days worth of rent due to the painters still being there so that was nice. The issue now is that our dishwasher is broken. We waited a couple of weeks for a maintenance guy to come out and tell us that he needed a part for it and when the part finally arrived he confirmed that we need a new dishwasher. Well, the last we heard from our property manager was about a week ago wit ha promise of follow up. I even called on Friday and left a message but we still not heard back. This is becoming extremely frustrating and I hope our working relationship will improve with time but as of now it feels like we are not a valued renter in their eyes. My husband and I rented a condo at The Falls for two years and were taken care of by Luxe. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant and I'm sad to see the negative reviews. Here's my experience with Luxe from start to finish: Application Process: We moved from Northern California and had to do the paperwork all online. The application process was extremely smooth. We sent in our application and a day later we were approved and signing a lease. Move in: We picked up our keys the day the place was available and Melissa was friendly. The frustrating part was the appliances - half of them did not work. The garbage disposal was broken, the refrigerator kept a temperature of 30F, the AC was broken, the master toilet was constantly running water, and the dishwasher did not clean dishes well at all. Within the month, the water heater exploded (other condos around us had the same problem since they too were the originals installed when the complex was built). The second year the washing machine died. I am not going to take a star since the previous tenants or the owner could have failed to report these problems during a walk through. Maintenance: The owners had insurance on the place so all the problems I had with the appliances were taken care of within the week. Melissa and her husband even delivered a refrigerator to our condo until the old one was fixed. The communication was great and it was a lot that first week! All the maintenance guys they sent had good customer service. Over time the maintenance requests online were not taken care of as quickly, but it was never anything that was an emergency. I found that if we actually called the office Melissa/Jorie would get it done within a day or two. Security Deposit: Melissa arrived on time the day the appointment was scheduled and was super friendly. She inspected all the appliances and walls while making good conversation. After numerous unanswered and unreturned phone calls, it is now Tuesday of the following week 7/26/16 and we will just chalk it up to they scammed us out of money with no intention of trying to rent a house. Beware!!! This place is a scam and only wants to take your application fee! That's interesting because you said you are still waiting for he property owner to make a decision, yet the lady who showed the house said that you told her yesterday afternoon that the application was denied. Then Ken spoke with our previous property manager and he said he was never even contacted by your company. Had to rent from them for 2 years, No contact from them upon my 1st year lease completion. I had to send multiple emails and voice messages for them to finally write me an email back with terms for 2nd year lease (2 months after 1st expired). And of course they raised the rent (claimed the market went up). I had no choice but to sign. Very difficult to get in touch with a person, have to submit and electronic request for repairs and then the repair company calls to schedule. On the final walk thru, Melissa was very snobbish and had to bring in cleaners because she saw dust on the blinds and charged me because a lighting fixture would not turn on. ***Beware that they include a clause in your lease that allows them 30 days at the end of lease to show the property to potential renters. I had to waste many days sitting for their agents because I was not about to let them walk through my personal space without me being present. read more

Called them early in the morning and Lisa said she was with clients and would get back to me in the meantime she wanted me to answer several questions in her email she sent.. whats my credit score? do I have a dog? what size and type? Am I working with other realtors?..... ...I have not worked with alot of realtors but really??!!.. what is my credit score? they don't want to waste their time but they wasted mine...I waited all day to try to view their property...again she waid she was busy with clients. My score is 750..and after reading so many of their bad reviews I decided I would rather look for another property because they don't care about customer service. My wife and I was searching for a 55+home, found one that said townhouse, not condo. We couldn't look into condos as most of them needs to be FHA pre-approved to get a 62+ Reverse Mortgage. So when we found a townhouse on Purple Finch, I flew from Hawaii to get a good look at it. We loved it, and put in an offer at full list price. We were excited, we loved the townhouse! In the meantime, we had to sell our house in Hawaii (which was originally a condition on the contract), then we decided to go ahead with the reverse mtg (which was on the counter offer #1). We put down $3000 earnest money. Sellers accepted. Now the fun begins, my loan officer notified me that title came back and said it is recorded as a condo. Oh no, now we couldn't get approved! In the meantime, we left Hawaii already thinking that we would close a certain time and we were keeping to the schedule. Well that put a dent in things, as we had to stay longer now at the hotel, run a car, pay for storage for our goods from HI, not to mention the stress and frustration on now we had to find a new place to live. We cancelled our contract, we did pass the due date, but that was due to no reply back from the HOA to confirm the fact that it was a townhouse or condo, so when title let us know, it was pass the due date. So now the seller and the realtor said we have to give up our $3000 to seller. I don't think that is fair. In the first place, if the Realtor, Melissa Zimbelman, had listed it correctly and did her due diligence, we would have never looked at this property because it is a CONDO not a TOWNHOUSE! So we feel it's her fault we are losing our earnest money. She was so sassy to our realtor! She said pay her seller some restitution for his misery not us. I cannot stand that kind of people, I will never use Luxe International and will let everyone I know looking to buy know that too! As we say in Hawaii, she so Pilau! (Dirty!) I was interested in talking with someone to schedule an appointment to see a property. Interestingly enough, the receptionist was polite and let me know that she would try and find Brandy so I could speak with her about the property. I was then transferred to a voicemail in which I left a message and then called back to let an individual know I left the message and wanted to ensure the measage would be checked and the call returned. I was then texted by someone named Lisa asking questions such as the property address and my email. I returned her phone call and then she texted me back after she didn't answer the call. That's typically something my teenager and his friends do, not a true professional with a keen acumen for customer attentiveness. When you are selling real estate, you never know who a potential client might know and how your initial interactions might just produce a bountiful blessing for you. Perhaps this is the barometer of the level of professionalism here in Vegas but I'm unimpressed and would recommend that you make some observations and an informed decision when contacting this Luxe International Realty. read more

We put an application in on a Friday and was told we would get answer in 48- 72 hours. It's now been 6 business days and we've been told we aren't denied, but we aren't approved and to stop calling. I feel like they took my application fee and tossed my application. Even after telling them we are moving long distance and already had to put our notice in our current house.
