I was assured I would lose at least 9 lbs. with the HCG diet- it sounded attractive/motivating. I scheduled the next available appointment and was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. The center was clean, spotless and impeccable- good sign already. The doctor who saw me was clear to understand, informational and transparent and answered all my doubts on the spot. I took home a 21-day treatment plan. 20 days in, I have lost a total of 8 lbs. It may not seem like a lot, but to someone who is 5'1, 8 lbs. may seem like double in person. Staff has been attentive, friendly, courteous while still remained professional. I have had to pick up some B12 shots here and there and they have been so kind to conveniently bring it to my car. I recommend this center to anyone who wants a little push in losing those few extra pounds. They do weekly check-up calls and follow your progress. Moreover, I noticed that some staff members don't thoroughly cover the treated areas, which I believe contributes to the lack of effectiveness, further raising concerns about their practices. I asked for before and after pictures of treatments for other services and a staff member showed me. Then I asked a doctor in their facility again and he said they don't have such pictures for the treatment they were selling. So they are either out of sync or lying because the first pictures shown were mediocre.
