This was the worst experience I have ever had with Botox injections…read more Against my better judgment, I allowed one of their esthetician to give me the injections. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked whether a doctor would do it. I was told yes. The ad they sent me via email said, "June Sale: $10 a unit with a minimum of 30 units." When I checked out, they presented me with a bill of almost $800. I was shocked. The manager came out and told me the ad only applied to first-time customers. I showed her the ad. She agreed to reduce the bill. Three days after the injections, my left eyelid began to droop, and my right lip began to droop as well. I have had Botox injections for many, many years. I was horrified. I had the touch-up because I was leaving for a cruise, and now I had to go looking like a freak. This is the last place you should consider going to for this service. They were deceitful and very unprofessional. I chose this place because I had been to their Palm Beach office, and the Doctor who did my fillers and injections was very experienced, and I was so pleased. This must be some franchise outfit

My most recent visit was during this pandemic and their office was nice, clean and made me feel safe. Masks are required and they have anti bacterial distributed around the office. I really appreciated their quick response due to illness (cold?) that resulted in vomiting multiple times (probably from throat spray), so was not able to eat anything, or take supplements, or even drink much because of the vomiting. If it were not for God answering our prayers, leading me to this company, and the hydration and IV nutrients that were provided by Flow IV, the illness may have potentially gotten even more challenging; e.g., dehydration, worsening of symptoms, etc... Thank you so much Flow IV for your home based service. Chris, you're the best! :)

I came in with seven of my family members for a wellness birthday day, and from the moment we arrived the team was patient, kind, and truly accommodating. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing. We had a great time, and even the food was excellent. What really stood out to me is how much better we felt leaving. Physically, my pain was noticeably better. Emotionally, my family felt lighter and genuinely refreshed. There was also a thoughtful surprise that pulled everyone together and made the day feel even more meaningful. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a wellness vendor in a long time. When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? Needless to say, I just left. What a waste of my day! When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow. Not only are they misleading, they're straight up liars. This is as shady as it gets. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: Looks like your strategy is an attack to defend yourself... There was no erratic behavior, and no one asked me to leave. I was in disbelief by the incompetency of the staff and left because of that. I was clearly misinformed prior to my appointment that the MD will be on site, and he wasn't.
