Ruben is amazing. Not only does he work miracles, but he also goes out of his way to make the situation better. I originally found him when my wife's external HD failed, he amazingly was able to recover all of our family photos and her entire work library. Without him, we would have been devastated. Most recently I had a 6 year old PC that had multiple hardware issues, he looked at it for two days before informing me that my drive couldn't be repaired, and recovery would cost roughly 600 (at a cleanroom, not even through him). Thankfully that information wasnt crucial, so he and I worked out a deal for a new HD and installation, and it's beyond reasonable. He also is tuning my machine so that it works like new ... he's amazing and I cant recomend him more. read more

I found Ruben on Yelp and liked the reviews people wrote so I decided to give him a try and I was not disappointed. My computer was overheating and Ruben showed me the parts inside of my computer that had burned out which was causing the problem. I can tell he's very knowledgeable. Anyway he gave me some options and I decided to get another computer. I had a very old one anyway. Ruben gave me a good deal on a computer he had and he transferred all my files to the new computer. I told him it was very important for me to have the bookmarks from my firefox to be transferred to my new computer and he figured out a way to do it even tho the old computer kept turning off. My laptop died one month past warranty, Best Buy recommended I get a new one saying would cost more to fix than it's worth. I paid Best Buy $675.00 just 13 month's earlier. Having 2 kids in college, I was really hoping someone would at least look inside the laptop before coming to that determination. Luckily I found Ruben, great guy! I contacted Ruben because I had an issue with my computer screen. He diagnosed my computer and determined that it was a bad importer/computer monitor connector. He provided me a brand new one that fixed the problem. While trouble shooting my computer, he discovered a preventative issue with the computer board and fixed it promptly. He provided me updated status of my computer repairs, created more available space and added virus protection. My computer is running fast and at an optimum level. Ruben is the best! Period! I brought my Lenovo laptop into 4PC Techs to repair what I thought was a defective charging port. (A repair I had been quoted over $200 to repair - sight unseen - by another local PC repair shop!) After a brief but thorough inspection, Ruben quickly determined that my issue wasn't a bad port at all, but rather an overheating "aftermarket" charging cord. After spending his time to make this assessment, Ruben graciously refused to charge me as his inspection revealed no need for a repair. (Only a new OEM cord!) This place is great! After only one visit i am a very loyal customer. They do absolutely everything there. From Tv's to computers they know what they are doing. Just an example of how fast, efficient, and cost friendly they are. I recently had to fix my itouch screen. I went to apple and they refused to help me unless i payed 30 bucks a month for apple care then i had to pay for any repairs that they had to make. So the final price would have been 200 dollars to fix a screen. I went there and there was a man named Sean, he immediatly told me what was wrong and ordered the part. He told me he would sell me the part for 15 dollars and fix it for 20 dollars. Since he had the part in hand he did it on the spot! The owner there is also very helpful. He took the virus off my computer and put protection on it only for 95 bucks! If you buy only the protection software it is worth 60 bucks and then 100 for best buy to get rid of the virus. BOTTOM LINE: This place is great, i would reccomend them to anybody who needs any type of electronic services. read more
