First time here and my last. Now the place itself was clean, when I first gotnthere there was no attendant, at least that I saw. When I do laundry, I'm usually there on average 2 hours so I usually make sure there's a restroom available, this time I didn't and I should have. In the midst of doing laundry nature called so i went looking. I found a guy, curl gray hair he asked if he could help me. I said, "yes, I need tomise the restroom please". He replied "we don't have one for the public but you can go to the burger place". Now for the average person that's not a problem but I am older, disabled and walk with a cane". I am familiar with Assembly Bill 1632 (AB 1632) which entitles particular medical conditions to use of a restroom, which mine qualifies but I was denied. We ended up grabbing our clothes out of the wash (still wet) took the dry ones out, through everything in a bag and left. I was not happy knowing I had to hobble down the street to use a restroom. Come here somewhat frequently when it is raining since my landlord doesn't allow tenants to use the washer and dryer as they're located in an outside closet. Best time to go is right when they open at 5:30am, no later than 7am as it tends to get very busy (on the weekend). Clean! No attendants on the Sunday night I went. Double loaders are $2.75. Triple loaders are $3.75. Mega loaders are $5.75. Dryers are $0.25 for seven minutes. Soap and laundry additives available for sale by vending machine for $0.75. Multiple change machines are available. The machines really suds up so follow the instructions in the wall regarding detergent amounts. Everything was working. Fluff and fold service is available for $1.50 per pound (cash only with 10# minimum). Service is available daily but hours are limited. Plenty of machines available when i went on a Sunday evening at 6PM. Parking lot is small. Ralph's is a half block east if you get hungry. There's a bar across the street if you get thirsty (O'Connell's - never been). read more

I was doing my normal laundry routine last Friday. It's usually a pleasant experience. Everyone is wearing masks and maintaining social distances. There's even a sign on the door which states mandate mask. As I was leaving a midddle age blonde woman who obviously frequents this establishment, because she came in with her own cart, which belonged to the business. I'm assuming she takes them home like she owns them, But any way I digress. She came in with no mask. As I approached her to tell her she needs to mask up she says she doesn't have to because she's too good for a mask. The lady attendants totally let her in as if it was okay. Mind you 15 minutes early they kicked a young black kid out because he wasn't wearing one. I find it extremely rude that they only mandate masks for certain people. 1 star read more

I don't understand how this establishment is still in business. Machines are out dated water temperature doesn't match selection and lastly the dryer's are terrible the don't get hot you on get 7 min per quarter. I'm writing this review after four random visits. read more

As far as laundromats go, this one is as clean and operational as they get. The best time to round up your dirty underwear and show up would be any time that's not Saturday or Sunday at noon. If you do show up then, beware bachelors who oversoap their blindingly white XXL t-shirts. Tip for the time-restrained; feel up the dryer doors to see which ones are the hottest. Those will dry your clothes the quickest. (tip from a starving college kid) Also it's important to note that their water is supposedly the hottest in town. Though my shower water down the street seems to deliver 3rd degree burns quite effectively. Another plus is that they have free wi-fi. I love free stuff. read more

I hate doing laundry and I especially hate laundromats. I'm just glad that on my visit to this laundromat the place was relatively empty. It was also pretty clean. Oh and they actually take quarters!! I was shocked to find out that a lot of laundromats in the area don't take quarters...they either take tokens or some sort of card you put money into. If I have to do laundry outside my apt complex again, I'm definitely coming back to this place. Just gonna have to avoid the weekend crowd. read more

Crowded on Sunday evenings; good luck trying to find even one open machine. Supposedly they have WiFi, but it's never on. Also, their coin machines eat your money, and you will never get it back; Put in a $10, and it only read it as a $5, left a note for the manager, and even called. I like this place. The two sisters, Michelle and Kristine (I think), are always friendly and helpful with my special needs. This place is always clean and I have had no issues with the service here. It serves it purpose for doing laundry. A lot of machines and they are all usually working. The staff is also nice and welcoming. But PLEASE invest in some shades on the windows facing Temple. When the sun is going down it is brutal to try and see anything to do your laundry. It is very very uncomfortable. read more

Wash: $1.50 Dry: $0.25 per 7 minutes Clean. Never too crowded, even on a Sunday. A bar across the street. Plenty of seats. Cheap. Good enough for me! Also, they have a drop off service where they charge you per pound of clothes/etc and you just come pick it up later when it is finished. NICE! I think it is $1.25 per pound but I'm not sure as I haven't done it yet because you can only drop off/pick up before noon on the weekends or anytime on weekdays. read more

The people that work here are super helpful & patient. We put some blankets into a machine that couldn't handle blankets (something about the motor). The woman working that day told us we needed to move it to another machine, but after she saw that we had already put our soap in the machine, she brought out soap of her own for us to use. Then, we started to move our other blanket from another washer (already paid for, already soaped, already wet). She told us it was okay to leave it, that we would just hope for the best (this after she had replaced multiple motors, broken by blankets, just the week before). We insisted on changing, but in doing so flooded the floor with water. We are bad at laundry. The lady somehow remained super cool about the whole thing, and while we mopped up the floor, she put soap and quarters into the new machine for us. They have always been really responsive and helpful here. This is a good laundromat. read more

This place is around the corner from my house but go out of my way to do laundry somewhere else. If you go first thing early in the morning when they open you will be ok but after that forget it. Way too crowded with careless and lazy patrons who leave trash all over, their clothes in washers and dryers way after being complete, the place is dirty and half the time machines aren't even working. Parking is always tight and people will double park behind you and it's a nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot. Use to be great but anymore it sucks. Also hard they have a drop and go service and you're competing with the attendants for machines. read more

I live off cherry and 7th so I go out of my way to this one cause they actually have HOT WATER! It's always nice and clean and lots of options... I usually get there early in the morning and the ladies there are so welcoming! Best part bout it there... No bums or drug deals going down in the parking lot! read more

They do have Wifi but It didn't show up as an available network right away. So keep trying if you want to connect your device. Was moderately clean but lacked seating spaces. So if you came on a busy day you might be just standing around. Also a plus that they have some arcade games. read more

I like this place for fluff and fold service. The ladies who work here are really kind and efficient. The laundry comes back clean and folded nicely. Also, the price is really reasonable. Other places charge almost double for fluff and fold and these ladies work to get your laundry the same day. AND on top of it all, they offer you a 20% discount on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Okay, on top of that, they use REALLY hot water for the items that need it. 140 degrees to cut out bacteria and other things you don't want. Parking lot is a little small but you can usually find free spots in the neighborhood nearby. They have all different sizes of washers for your preference. The dryers work really well. I haven't been cheated by the change machines yet. They plenty have of benches around if you wanna wait there. There are also video games available to pass the time but the biggest bonus is you can walk across the street for really good Greek food at Kafe Neo or go to O'Connell's for a drink. read more

I used this place when I lived nearby and now when I visit family and friends, I bring my laundry and do it here because it is WAY less expensive than where I live, in Central Cal (I tend to use the big washer, which is $5.25 here and $7.25 where I live). It is a woman-owned and operated business, which I like, and they run a pretty tight ship. You won't find screaming kids running around and parents are not allowed to let their little darlings sit on the tables where you fold your laundry. They don't allow folks to wander in off the street and use the change machines--patrons only. They always have a selection of papers and magazines to read, too. read more

I have a washing machine so I just dry; you get 7 minutes for a quarter, I can dry a load in 21 minutes. I think the "jumbo" washing machines might be a rip off because when we measured the insides of them and compared to the regular ones there is no difference. Soooo expensive! I think this is one of the most expensive laundromats in town. The one on 7th and Cherry is sooo cheap, but it is run down and sketchy at night, hence why I had to come here.
