Nice mat for a little older place. The place is clean, all the machines work and the people are friendly.

Nice, clean and quiet place to do laundry. All machines work. A store is next door for snacks. Old-fashion coin laundry.

Don't advertise a 10pm last wash if you lock the doors before then.

The sanitizing machines and consistently clean environment make it stand out. I've watched them wipe down machines as soon as a customer finishes. I have a washer and dryer at home but still come here for comforters and personal items. We have pets, so I prefer a place where I know the machines are thoroughly cleaned. I've been coming for a year and it's my favorite laundromat in Long Beach. Parking is never an issue and machines are always available no matter what time I walk in. They call it Laundry Guys, but I'm the Laundry Girl. Highly recommended.

The facts: This place has a spacious parking lot for a…read morelaundromat. It is large and clean. Patrons seem focused on their laundry and I did not notice any shenanigans. There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

Been coming to this establishment for a while now and thought it was time for a review…read more Okay let's talk about it. What can I say other than "Super suds is an amazing place". When I first encountered them I was looking for a fluff and fold that was close and affordable that I could try. A place that worked with my schedule. I must admit I wasn't expecting the royal treatment. I came in and was met by this amazing man named "Chris". Talk about great customer service. Chris makes you feel at home and comfortable, such a gentleman. I was able to have a great conversation and get my clothes taken in and got a receipt with pick up time for the next day. When i came to pick up my clothes, I was shocked. My clothes came back to me on hangers with plastic over it for care and some came back to me nice and neatly folded. I thought they had given me the wrong order, but nope it was mine. I asked is this how the clothes come back to all the customers? And the resonating "yes" made me feel even better about Super Suds. When I got home and opened the bags of clothes that were nicely folded it smelled wonderful. All the socks had been put together, the unmentionables were together so all i had to do was put them in the correct drawer. This place again is amazing. I for one am a total fan. It's affordable, the quality and care put into the washing and folding when I get my items back each and every time is great. Thank you and I look forward to my next service.

I really debated whether to write this review because, based on the owner's responses to other…read morereviews, it doesn't seem like they take customer feedback about their employees seriously. I used to live across the street from this laundromat and loved coming here. The employees were always friendly, and I never had any problems. After moving away, I came back for the first time in over a year, and my experience was completely different. On my first visit back, the very tall woman who works there came over and told us we couldn't keep the laundry cart. That's completely understandable, but the way she spoke to us was unnecessarily rude. Her tone was disrespectful and made me feel like I was being scolded instead of simply being informed. Then she started yelling because she thought I had gone into the restroom with my boyfriend. She was so loud that everyone could hear her. Ironically, the restroom itself was filthy. I remember telling my boyfriend, "This place is nothing like I remember. The employees used to be so kind." A week later, my boyfriend returned by himself to do laundry and had another rude interaction with that same very tall woman. After hearing about it, I suggested we stop coming here. However, we still had money left on our laundry card, so we decided to give the laundromat one last chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be our worst experience. We started our laundry around 8:05p.m., loaded the washers, waited in our car, and came back to dry our clothes. We set the dryer for an hour and returned around 9:50 p.m. When we took our clothes out, several items were still damp. Rather than complain or ask for a refund, I simply asked my boyfriend to go to the car to get our laundry card so we could pay for more drying time. When he tried to come back inside, the man with glasses and salt and pepper hair told him he wasn't allowed back in if he had left the building. My boyfriend explained that he would only step out to get the laundry card. We weren't asking for free drying time or a refund. Instead of listening, the man with glasses and salt and pepper hair suddenly yelled at me, "If you had been here earlier, none of this would have happened." I was honestly shocked. I have worked in customer service for 14 years, and I have never spoken to a customer that way. The sign clearly states that the last dry is no later than 10:00 p.m. We came back at 9:50 p.m. to pick up clothes that should have already been dry. The issue was with the dryer, not because we arrived too late. I never asked for compensation or special treatment. The hostility was completely unnecessary. At that point, I asked him who he thought he was talking to like that, and instead of calming the situation, the man started yelling even more. I eventually raised my voice too because this was our third visit where we had been spoken to with complete disrespect. I had simply had enough. Most people go to a laundromat to wash their clothes, fold them, and leave. No one expects to be yelled at or treated like they're an inconvenience. To the owner: I encourage you to take these reviews seriously. When multiple customers are describing similar experiences with the same employees, it's worth addressing. Respectful customer service goes a long way. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I'll be letting friends and family know about my experience. Terrible customer service!

I may not come back. Last wash and doors lock at 9:30 PM and their storefront sign says they close at 10:30 PM. I get it. Due to my schedule sometimes I have to wash my sheets later in the night but I'm never here past their listed closing time of 10:30 PM. Tonight I put my sheets in the washer at 8:40 PM. I put the sheets in dryer at 9:10 PM. The last time I was there late (maybe a month ago) I stayed inside to wait for my laundry to dry but tonight I had to run to the store to pick something up. I get back at 9:31 PM. One minute late. Nobody is inside at all to open the door for me. Once again, I get it, it's my fault, I was late. Only one minute late, but late none the less. Moments later a Hispanic man with a buzzcut on the sides comes out from out back. He glances my way and starts cleaning up the place. I try to gesture to him to open the door but he doesn't see me or chooses to ignore me, I'm not sure. I keep knocking and gesturing and finally he looks at me and opens the door but doesn't let me in. I apologize but he's super upset and says "we lock up at 9:30 AM." I apologize and I try to reason with him saying I was only a minute late and he starts accusing me of lying. "Don't lie to me, I saw the last customers out at 9:30!" And then he continues with "Why did you load up this late?!" I told him that the sign in front says closing at 10:30 but he wasn't having it. "We lock up at 9:30 PM. I'll make you come back at 6:30 AM." I told him I've sat inside to wait for my laundry to dry past 9:30 PM before but he still wasn't having it. "I've never seen you before and I close up here every night. I can check the tapes, you better not be lying to me!" I apologize again. I wasn't gonna argue with the guy, I needed my sheets lol. He begrudgingly lets me in and I wait for my sheets to dry and I leave the place at 10 PM, before closing. I get that I was late (by a minute) but I felt the employee had an unreasonable reaction to the offense. If he said "hey we're really trying to crack down on letting people in past 9:30 PM so try not to do that again" I would completely understand. Instead he raised his voice, called me a liar, and threatened to hold my laundry hostage until tomorrow morning. So yeah, it's "open" and you can be there past 9:30 PM but they probably hate you for it. I'm just wondering - if you're so strict about this rule why not just actually close at 9:30?
