The attendant is the rudest Hispanic woman I've ever dealt with. I asked her for my money back and to use the next machine she said OH WELL Update: I called the # on Google and reached a man that owns the laundry mat. He promptly called the attendant and refunded my lost coins. The attendant lied about warning me not to use the machine. (Now why wouldn't I listen to her if it's a broken machine) then she lied about how much I paid. She claimed I put .50 cents but how can a machine start with .50 cents if it takes $3. I asked him to review the camera and he will see she and I only spoke once and that's when I went to grab her from the opposite end of the store. What a liar. Hopefully he gets a new attendant because although the owner is nice the person he hired is very disrespectful. Final update: Now management is fine. Attendant is terrible. But the drying is hands down a deal breaker. I spent $1-2.50 drying and it didn't dry half my clothes and all the towels. .25 gets you 5 minutes and it's not super drying machine. My husband and I decided to give this place a try and NEVER AGAIN. We notified the attendant that a dryer was not drying and she became argumentative. We asked for our $1.50 back and she refused , which was not an issue we moved our clothes and went with our day. She later came back and gave us the $1.50 and said something about the water was full, which is why it wasn't drying... then apparently she spoke with the owner Andrew and said that he was coming to confirm that the dryer wasn't working and that if so we had to return the $1.50. I asked if he was on his way, because we were about to leave and she said she didn't know. Not only was it insulting, but horrible customer service. We gave them the $1.50 back and we will never return. We could care less about the money, it was about the principle. read more

The last time I visited, they had signs taped over the change machine that said instructed me to ask an employee for change... When I asked for change for two twenty dollar bills, I was told "that's too much." I told the employee that I have lots of laundry to wash... Then, they asked me to show them the laundry, to prove I was telling the truth... I was in a hurry, so I showed the employee my large piles of clothes that needed to be washed... After the employee approved, he lifted the sign on the coin machine and watched me get quarters. So, the coin machine worked all along, they just wanted to make me get approval from the employee to use it. It was a weird, invasive and unnecessary experience. read more

I've been lucky enough to live in apartments which have their own laundry set up for the past 9 years, so it's been a long time since I've had to use the services of a laundromat. A week ago we moved across town and the prospect of having to go to a laundromat hit me hard. I mean, the last laundromat I had been to was back in Nor Cal...in the ghetto...so after searching the yelp reviews I decided upon Circle Coin Laundry. This place is big enough that even when being heavily used, I'm sure it feels like it's not crowded. This Friday morning visit was for only 2 loads and the place wasn't packed, nor was it empty. The facility was clean and was furnished with plenty of chairs and laundry carts. Change machines and vending machines for both laundry and non-laundry items were available. Cost-wise it was a little bit high, especially for washing a load in a standard machine ($1.75). The machines are smaller than the ones I used in my old apartment complex and those only cost $1.00. The standard dryers cost 25 cents per cycle. For my two loads to be washed and dried, it cost $4.50. Another nice added on bonus is the free Wi-Fi offered. Maybe that's partly why they justify bumping up the cost of the washing machines. The cleanliness and rather mellow feel of this place will bring me back, likely next week. read more

There is only 3 people doing laundry, very clean. I guess I came in during rush hour that was the reason it was so dirty the other day. People can be very inconsiderate and trash the place. They can also guard the carts and held on/acquire them leaving none for other patrons. I highly recommend this laundrymat, besides at the right time beautiful girls do their laundry. Bonus eye candy. This is my second time at this laundry location and both times I have not seen anyone working here. It's Friday night and I decided to do laundry here and to my surprise this place is packed ! Guess no one has Friday night plans.. Weirdest thing is as I write this review there is a young gentleman shaving his beard and his head in the sink. He looks homeless and looks creepy. Wish this place had someone around at least to scare away creeps. Other than that, this place looks semi clean and laundry has variety of laundries to choose from. Circle Coin Laundry is a clean establishment located in a shopping center on PCH next to Burger King and Staples. This facility is maintained by a gentleman who makes sure to empty the trash, wipe down the washer and dryers, and pick up litter. If you are low on quarters and need change, this place houses at least three machines that will gladly take your $1, $5, $10, and even $20 bills. Did you forget the detergent, bleach, and/or dryer sheets...they have a machine for that too! There are four (4) types of washers for all your needs with the base price of $1.75 and extending to $5.50 per load. If you are looking for a basic wash with the old school agitator this place has it and if that machine is too small and you want to stuff everything together in a front-loader then look no further. The laundromat has two walls full of large dryers at $0.25 per load for 10 mins. You will need at least $0.75 depending on the temperature (low, medium, or high) to get a complete dry. I'm sure you will be washing and drying laundry for at least an hour, so why not catch up on the local newspaper or bring a book/magazine. If you get hungry there is a snack machine for your convenience. If that doesn't cut it, there are a few restaurants within walking distance that range from chicken, coffee, burgers, sandwiches, smoothies, Chinese, and pizza. This laundromat has a television for entertainment and offers free wifi but I have no clue how to access this perk. Laundromats? Not my favorite. BUT...this is my new favorite laundromat. I actually have laundry facilities at my building, but the boy moved into a new apartment last month that doesn't. So every other weekend we do our laundry together. We usually go to the one on Broadway close to where I live, but the past couple of times we've gone there have been weird rude people there. So this past weekend we decided to try someplace new. Since I was getting an oil change at Pep Boys across the street, we decided to give this place a shot. It was clean and quiet (though there was a TV on in the back). There were no apparent weirdos. The other patrons were actually considerate and nice -- they asked if we were using machines or carts we were standing close to before they used them. It was really a breath of fresh air. Other perks: An ATM inside that dispenses $10 bills (to use in the change machine), two arcade video game machines (the boy said one of them didn't work though), a coffee shop and a few restaurants in the same plaza. My only beef was that the machines don't let you choose your cycle and temperature; they are preset. So you can't do a normal cycle on cold, you can only choose delicate on cold, normal on hot or warm, or perm press on warm. Kind of annoying, but I guess I'll learn to adjust. read more

Since I've moved to California over two years ago, this is the first laundromat I've been to (I usually use the tiny washing machine in my apartment complex but alas, it was out of order), and I have to say, I like it. The good things: -There aren't any really skeevy people that come in, and all in all it's generally in a good neighborhood. Like, I feel okay leaving my laundry baskets and detergent here while I go run an errand without feeling like somebody is going to jack my shit or steal my clothes. -The people doing their laundry here were also very friendly, very sociable, nice to talk to. -None of the machines seemed to be broken, everything was in good running condition -The place was pretty damn clean and tidy (pretty immaculate when I first walked in around 4:30-5 PM). -There are lots of tables to fold your laundry at that are distributed around all the drier areas, which I really like. The bad things: -You have to pay a quarter to use the bathroom. What the fuck? I mean, I can understand only wanting paying customers to use the bathroom, so if that's the case then have a fucking key there. Don't rip people off by charging a God damn quarter EVERY SINGLE TIME they have to pee! I already dropped over $20 bucks in quarters into your machines, what more do you want from me? Fucking rip off. -There's only one TV, and it's placed high up in this odd spot where you have to be standing up in the middle aisle near the washing machines or on the opposite side near the driers to watch it. You really can't get a good view of it sitting down, which is when I actually pay attention to it. ALSO: WHERE THE FUCK WAS THE ATTENDANT? Seriously, it got on my nerves! Apparently I caught a quick glimpse of him when I first got there; a little Asian man who was staring at me when I first came through the door. The entire 3 1/2 hours I was here, he was nowhere to be found! It was like some serious elite ninja shit. There were NO attendants AT ALL until I was leaving, SEVERAL HOURS LATER. And I'm not really sure she understood English all that well, to be perfectly honest, because I mentioned in a friendly tone about there not being anyone around and she did that laughing nod thing, like "hahaha I have no idea what you're saying". The lack of attendant thing really pissed me off, because: -I forgot my hangers, it would have been nice if I could have asked the attendant to borrow some for the time being while I was there, as I had a shit ton of things I could not dry in the driers. I guess that's my bad, but still. -There was no ATM machine, so I had to run around the shopping center to find out where the closest one was (I now realize that the review who said there was an ATM machine was written over 3 years ago). It's in the donut shop next door, which was closing just as I got in and asked to use it. It would have been nice had there been a person working here who knew of its whereabouts and could have told me! -I needed to break a $20 to use the coin machine, but there was NO ATTENDANT around to ask to give me change, so I had to go to Staples next door to break it. -A man was using a sink that's placed in the middle of the laundromat to mix his detergents and what not, and he got water all over the floor. No attendant there means there was no one with a key to get to the closet with the mop to clean it up. The man who spilled it did what he could with paper towels, but I really feel that it should have been the responsibility of whoever worked there. Someone could have slipped and gotten hurt. Seriously, apparently they do laundry service/dry cleaning here. If that's the case, then what would happen if I had come in expecting to pay someone to do the service? NO ONE WAS AROUND. Or what if I had to pick up my stuff? THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO GIVE IT TO ME! This place would have gotten 5 stars from me HAD THERE ONLY BEEN A FUCKING PERSON WORKING THERE PRESENT. Seriously, that list of "bad things" would have been reduced to the bathroom complaint and tv placement if it weren't for the lack of anyone around! I'll probably be coming back because of the good things I listed, but I'll have to make sure I come prepared next time as I will expect the place to be lacking any employees. read more

I got to wash at 8:50 pm using 2 large machines, I put my bedspreads and sheets and the lady who works at night told me Very angry that they closed at 10 pm and it was 10:09P m and told me to take my clothes off dryer and let me go becouse she was not Paid overtime, she protected her eyes and put on a mouth cover and started cleaning the dryers and my son and I started to sneeze and told him not to do what was wrong breathing it ignored me and she continued, and I didn't dry my clothes completely, hopefully, the owner checks the behavior of this worker. read more

Come here to do your laundry on a regular-basis or a couple of times a year when you want to wash those huge blankets that won't fit in your washer at home! There is also free Wi-Fi and a T.V., but it's awkwardly positioned too high to be comfortably watched! The only downside would probably be that you have to pay a quarter every time you want to use the restroom located inside! But, you can just use the restroom located in the Burger King just a few steps away! read more

Very clean and has everything u need. I went on a Wed night at 6:00pm. It wasn't busy at all. There were only ~6 ppl when I arrived and ~10ppl when I left. There are 3 places to change $1,5,10,20 bills to quarters. There's also a machine that dispenses bags, bleach, detergent, and 2 other things I forgot all for 75cents each. I just bought some Gain detergent which was powdered (I like powdered detergent tho). It had enough detergent for one small or small-medium load. The washing machines are pre-priced by machine size. I had a small-medium load so I chose a small machine which was $1.75 and it filled to the top, so it was plenty of water for my load. The delicate - heavy cycles are fixed to temp, so u can only choose ur cycle type by temp: Delicate = cold Perm press = warm Normal = warm? (I forgot) Heavy = hot I chose delicate bc I wanted cold water. There's also a timer on the washing machines so u know how long u have to wait. My cycle was 30mins. My clothes came out nice and clean. Then I went the 25cent dryers. There were bigger $2.50 and $3.00 dryers too. The dryers let u choose temp and each 25cents is 10mins. My small-med load on delicate only took 25 mins (Most of it was 100% dry by 20mins, except for 1 shirt. I could've just let that one air dry, but I had already paid for 30mins), so even on delicate the clothes can dry quickly. There were also some cheaply priced snacks and beverages in a basic vending machine in case you're a little hungry or thirsty while u wait. Overall, good pricing, clean, and has everything u need. read more

The smallest washers are 1.75, double load washers are 2.50, and the mega load is 5.50. Dryers are .25 per 10 min. Usually there's an attendant here cleaning and helping customers. I've never had an issue with finding gross stuff in the washers or dryers, but I'm usually here when the attendant is here so maybe that's why. I keep coming back here because the place is so large I've never had a problem finding enough washers and dryers for my clothing. I think they have WiFi but it's locked and I've never seen a password posted. Though the doors are always open, it gets really warm in here. Dress appropriately. read more

This has got to be one of the nicest coin operated laundromats that I have ever seen or used! The machines were virtually new and modern. They offered a number of sizes and options, depending on the size or type of item to wash. The dryers were all new and of the large capacity. Prices were very reasonable! read more

Cant beat the free wifi here. This is place is clean and hardly ever that crowded. There are plenty of washers and dryers to go around. If you want to walk around while your dirty laundry is being washed there are some food places as well as office supplies to get your mind off how clean your clothes are going to get. read more

The location of this laundromat is what keeps me coming back, even though the washing machines are a little over priced. It's in a pretty big strip mall, so there's plenty to do instead of watching your clothes get clean...I often walk across the street to Starbucks, get a soda at Burger King, and/or look around at Hi Fashion. Also, it doesn't get very crowded even on the weekends and there are rarely young children running and screaming everywhere or people coming in to try and sell you bootleg DVDs. I give Circle Coin 3 stars, however, because some of my clothes have been ruined by grease stains from the regular washers :-/ yet I will continue to throw some quarters your way, Circle Coin. read more

There's always a place to sit, conveniently placed sink for rinsing. Flat screen tv on the local channel, donut shop next door as well as BK. One of the better laundromats I've been to. The only thing I hope they maintain is the washing machines, if rust builds up within the machine, it can bleed on to the clothes, especially whites. Bleaching won't help either. I was hoping to ask for "fluff and fold" services but never saw anyone else-- though the place was humming with about 10 customers. The TV only faces one direction (towards the back wall) The washers only take 30 mins or so to do their job. The cost of using those washers has gone from $1.25 to 1.75 no matter what cycle. The dollar bill change machine feeds you everything in quarters. I will be returning because my washing machine has to be fixed. I have a working dryer at home so I won't use this place's dryers. People are very comfortable about leaving their wash going and doing other errands. read more
