It's always calm and quiet when I come here, and the prices are the lowest I've seen in a long time. Only once has it been dirty inside, with dryer sheets all over the floor. there are a lot of machines, different size loads, it's affordable, there is a parking lot, seating, and many sections to fold your laundry which is nice. my only issue is how functional paying with the app is. it is very convenient to pay with the app, but useless otherwise. 2 minutes after you pay with the app, it will tell you your laundry is ready but the machines still have 30 minutes on them, so you can't sit in your car to wait to do something nearby for half an hour because you don't actually know how much time is left unless you're checking on it. and the dryer is difficult to use as there are only two dryer times which are 8 minutes and 30 minutes, and when i dry my clothes for 30 minutes i almost always have to put them in again as they are still damp even though i dry on medium. everything else about this place is great, but these things impact the experience when you don't know how long you're actually going to be at the laundromat because you keep having to add more time to the dryer read more

My visit is based on a first time visit, on a Friday morning . PROS: - VERY clean facility. Workers are wiping down and sweeping daily which is nice and appreciated. - The machines take coins or card via an app. - Parking was ok for a Friday morning. - The prices are overall comparable to other Laundromats in the area. - There was room to fold clothes without feeling crammed or rushed. CONS: - Some of my laundry based on the machine I used for my loads, smelled like other peoples detergent. Maybe the machines and filters need to be cleaned out more often? - One of my more nicer favorite black blouse that I wash often at other Laundromats, got what looked like oil or residue stains all over the front and is now ruined. I really think it's a machine maintenance issue. I won't be going back now because of those 2 CONS. The folks who work the laundry are lovely and helpful. The old white man who owns the place is about as friendly as a an angry Karen who has spotted people on her lawn. I come to this place because it's clean and close to my place. If I could go somewhere else I would after today. The owner pushed me away when I tried to get coins for my laundry. So rude such a dick. The lady who is here all the time apologized for him. I was blown away how this pos treated a regular customer like trash. For a Thursday evening this laundromat was very calm and clean. I was able to immediately use a couple of washers, both of which finished within 30 minutes. Base Price for the large wash is $5.50. Base price for the dryer is $0.25 per 8 minutes. I personally had no trouble, but another patron had picked two different machines that malfunctioned. The staff were quick to point out the error and apologized as they helped that person find a proper working machine. Will be returning for future needs. Highly recommended. read more

There was one person here when I arrived and two more came while o was here. The place is clean, cool and reasonably priced. My wife and I visited this place every other weekend. It's looks clean and decently maintained. However, in these hot days an extra A/C device will be great. It only has one. + few wall fans could also help to circulate better the air. Prices are reasonable and the place has speakers but no music. It gets very busy on weekends. But during the hot days of summer, doing laundry here is exhausting. It does have one vending machine for soap and laundry detergent. But no for cold beverages. However, next door is a small convenient store that's have everything! Thanks God for that...! Please, I hope the owner read this an could add an extra A/C and fans. I've visited this place several times off and on over the years. It can get busy, but I've never had to wait for anything. I always see someone cleaning and wiping things down during the time I'm there, which is much appreciated. As with any other place in the area, I would be mindful of surroundings, especially at night. The lighting can be dim in the parking lot. I appreciate that they have the same digital app that my apt building uses so I just reload my account as needed and don't have to bother with quarters. I've been coming here for two years now. I was really nervous to go during the pandemic but the owner and the woman who worked there enforced the mask rule very strictly and that made me feel super safe to keep coming. This place is clean and well staffed. I've never had any issues with any of their machines or anything. The owner and the woman who I've seen working there are always nice. June 7, 2022 went to do laundry and there alittle past 10pm (closes at midnight) I got lucky another customer just finished using a big machine so I put everything in the machine. So come back 30 minutes later and put everything in dryers (8 minutes each quarter) came back to check everything. Had put more quarters. Came back at 1145 and the person in charge was telling everyone they had to be out by 12 didn't care if you didn't finish. All my white t-shirts were wrinkled and wet and my jeans were still damp. Clean, safe. You can tell that the owners care about the state of the facilities and machines. I always see at least one employee cleaning and tidying up. Wifi is reliable. STAY AWAY!!!!! Talk about rude and disrespectful, I just moved to Long Beach and needed somewhere to do my laundry so I went straight to yelp and this is the first place that popped up . It had good reviews so I didn't hesitate to go . As soon as I walk in the female that works there didn't not think twice before jumping down my throat " where's your mask " without even giving me a second to put it on .. then she proceeds to ask me if my dog is a service dog . I replied yes . My dog is 25 pound well behaved very mellow frenchbulldog that literally stays right by my side on a leash and minds his own . I'm annoyed at this point but let it slide and try to not let it bug me .. as I start to put my things in the dryer and fold things the old man who runs the place proceeds to come up to me and raise his voice telling me I need to get my dog out beacuse " customers are complaining " I told him my dog has literally been standing next to me not doing a thing and he decided he needed to yell at me that I needed to get my dog out NOW . I've been coming here for years. This is one of the cleanest laundries in town. The equipment is well-maintained, and the prices are good. It also has TV and WIFI that actually works well. This is a great laundromat. The owner is really cool he gave me directions on how I could get into the parking lot even though they had it blocked off for street repairs. The guy that closes the place was extra chill he let me stay and fold all my clothes until 1:30am and they have already been closed for a hour and a half. All and all this place is clean and is open late and close to my house. Really chill at this laundromat they have TV you can watch along with a couple tables that you can sit and wait at. Great spot to do laundry and it's not over priced like a lot of these others are. If you ask me this is one of the best spots in Long Beach downtown area that is open until midnight. I can't say I had high expectations for a laundromat, but WOW! My apartment complex has 2 very old machines, one which is clogged with water that they won't fix, so I decided to start looking for a good laundromat. There's hundreds of coin operated places in the area, but the other yelp reviews convinced me to check it out. I've been going on weekends when I assumed it would be packed but I was wrong! There were plenty of machines available with more for anyone who came after me- I can do 2 weeks or more worth of laundry in about an hour and a half. I love that the coin machine takes 1's, 5's, 10's and 20's! Definitely prevents me from having to go to the bank just to get a $10 roll of quarters. I haven't had to use them yet, but the coin operated soap dispensers are a nice comfort knowing that if I run out of soap I can get more. The machines are cheap and work efficiently. The dryers are simply 10mins for 25 cents, so $1 is 40 minutes. That's cheaper than any dryer I've used! And not all of my loads even need a full 40 minutes! I am a young woman who comes in here to do laundry by myself and I feel very safe, I would not hesitate to recommend to other women who are concerned about going to do laundry by themselves. The owners are very polite and you can tell they work hard to create a clean, friendly, and easy to use business. As long as I'm living in the Long Beach area, this is where I'm doing my laundry! read more

My dryer stopped working at my apartment and so I took to yelp and called every laundromat near me. I called this place first but sadly went to voicemail. Kept calling other places but all of them required me to use the washer beforehand. A couple minutes later, a guy called me back from this place and he said I was welcome to use the dryer. I didn't catch his name but he was very friendly and he's the mvp for saving me from a bunch of soaked clothes sitting in the hamper! Went down Wednesday night to get all my clothes washed and dried. Came back to the laundromat to find my whole load had been taken out of the drier, placed in a basket, 3 shirts were folded, and my 2 pairs of jeans and my most of my socks were missing. Come to find out that someone got their rugs stolen the very same night. Been coming here for almost 2 months without any hiccups. I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been coming here for 2 years. It's usually kept clean, and I see a worker come in at different times of the day to mop and wipe down each machine. The prices are reasonable, and the owner just added a couple new machines within the last year. They also keep sanitizer wipes and enforce mask policies, which I appreciate! Yeah, parking is tight, but that's just part of living in Long Beach. The owner and workers don't seem "rude" to me at all, they're just doing their job which isn't easy when you have all kinds of people coming through the place. I come here b/c it's close and cleaner than the old spot I used to use. It's a laundromat, don't expect it to be a spa with 5 star service. Point is, it gets the job done and they obviously put effort into the business. I wonder if they will be switching to credit card options in the near future?
