They are very big into Chinese medicine as an alternate practice with acupuncture and herbs and who knows I'll try it someday but they are also very knowledgeable with western medicine as well. They once offered me the Chinese remedy after some pneumonia I couldn't seem to shake with antibiotics but they never were pushy and prescribed me a different antibiotic that finally cleared it up. Very polite. Very professional... Better yet. I have a $4000 family deductible so my family has to see an IHC physician 40x before I can even begin to really use my insurance with co-pays etc. Our range between general and specialists with IHC is about $100-$150 for they physician fee regardless (Usually 250+ for an Instacare visit). They are open Saturdays as well. These guys are $45 cash/$50 credit card. So my family or I can see them 90x if necessary. No admittedly it doesn't coun't against my deductible for in-network physicians but still does to my overall total out-of-pocket if there were a serious problem. Long story short. I really like these guys.

She came in on a Saturday evening because she was afraid she had broken a finger playing volleyball. Finger was swollen painful and darkly bruised. Staff including the doctor on call didn't even look at her finger, touch or examine it before repeatedly asking her if she wanted an X-ray. She is a young college kid so maybe they thought they didn't have to give her information? Shouldn't it be your job to see if an X-ray was needed? Shouldn't you at least LOOK at the finger before ordering more tests? She was then told it would take 45 minutes for an X-ray tech to arrive. I think they were just trying to get rid of her so they could go home. After doing the X-ray the doctor came back I to the room said she reviewed the X-ray outside and there was a fracture. She wouldn't answer my daughter as to what type of fracture and was really vague as to where. They put on a splint and just left her. She had to find someone to unlock the door and let her out. She was told to follow up with a hand specialist for casting and she did so today and found out THERE Was NO FRACTURE at all. Unbelievable!!! How can you misread an X-ray that badly? Do not go to this urgent care, what a joke.

However, this is super close to my house and we tried it a few times and absolutely loved him so much that he is our primary doc now too. He can do both and the ease of getting things done and being seen is great. The other reason I switched is Revere's urgent care has been awful every single time we have been there even though we loved our day time docs there!!!!

They accept insurance but if you don't have insurance they base your payment on your income! It's a great concept. The staff is top notch, dedicated and professional. They are people who are in the business because they really want to help others. It's such a noticeable difference between other clinics where you are rushed out as fast as they can so they can get to the next billing session, I mean patient. The pharmacy is also discounted if you don't have insurance but they only take prescriptions written by their staff or doctors their staff referred you to. There is always same day appointments available for the more urgent care needs, but never is scheduling an issue. There is also another clinic in Payson. Different review but it will be the same as this one. (Payson doesn't have the pharmacy or the psychiatric, just medical.) Saturday they have a walk in, no appointment clinic. My personal physician was found here. And all though he has now moved up to another community based clinic in SLC, Mountainlands is still where I go for health needs for me and my family. Did I mention they are multi-lingual clinic as well?

"The best thing you can hope for is that he takes on a trade job and you can get him out of your house as soon as he hits 18." This is only a FEW of the things this "Doctor" told me from his personal experience..... Words can't describe my disgust.
