I've been to this business twice. First for some info about changing a headlight and they were so honest and said - it's somethjng you can definitely handle yourself and here is how you do it. I appreciated that so much. Its probably been over a year since then. Yesterday, I limped into town on a flat tire. I needed to make it to Costco for warranty repair, and the tire couldn't hold air. I asked if they could help me fill it. A wonderful man named John popped the tire off, took it in the shop, proceeded to plug it and inflate it, and pop it back on. Wouldn't let me pay for his help. I drove away with happy tears, knowing my toddler and I would safely make it to lake Stevens. We wouldn't have made it without his help. Thank you, John. The impact you made on me, and my day, was bigger than you realize. read more

My designer sunglasses were missing from my center console upon pick up of my vehicle. They left the case though, hoping I wouldn't notice. Update...I found my sunglasses. I sincerely apologize for insinuating that this establishment was responsible for my missing item. read more

Called these guys cause i needed some questions answered and they were quick to answer. Then i took my vehicle in for some work, as it was in more issues came up, not the mechanics fault. He was very quick to explain the severity of each issue, and the urgency to replace it. He never made me feel like i HAD to replace it. All in all amazing experience I'll be making sure to bring my whole business fleet through him from here on out read more

These guys probably saved my truck. It took a little bit longer for the fix, BUT it was more than worth it. They found extra parts and shipped them in. When I had no other options they gave me a ride home, AND they delivered my truck to me. I'll be bringing my truck to them every time. read more

My daughter's Chrysler 200 started leaking oil and Jeff took a look at it and immediately recognized the problem as a leaking oil cooler. I left the car with him overnight and he had it ready the next day after replacing the part plus performing a tune up with new spark plugs, an oil change and radiator coolant change. Awesome service and an awesome guy! I highly recommend him for honest, reliable service! read more

Came out of work to a flat tire. Had issues with the spare and mounting system. Called J&K to ask about a compressor to pump the tire up and they arrived within 5 minutes. They ended up getting the spare unmounted and put on, in the rain. Great service, just like I have heard from everyone who knows them. Thank you for the help fellas! read more

Legit... Honest super cool people. Look at them on the Granite Facebook page and see what the community thinks of them it says it all. I took my vehicle to another place 2 miles away bc they could get it done right away They stuck me with a 1500 bill and vehicle that was still broke. These guys diagnosed the problem right away and charged me a fair price for the work. read more

First time using these mechanics since they have been in the shop. I was sad whey the old owner passed away then they ended up selling the shop. I was having a problem with my Dodge Nitro electrical issues. They spent about 1 - 1 1/2 hours trouble shooting my electrical problems but without the use of the very expensive Dodge computer, they couldn't find anything wrong. The best part of this is, after all their work on my car, they didn't charge me because they couldn't fix it. Thank you so much for trying! read more

J&K Auto is by far the best repair shop I've been too. Jeff was able to get me in same day and his prices beat out the rest. He is very straight forward and won't give you any bull crap! The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

I then made an appointment with another automotive shop for another estimate. I was not charged for the estimate. I have never been charged for an estimate. I chose their Complete Detail package (includes ALL Wash & Wax Services and ALL Interior Only Services). Edgar called me less than 15 minutes after my online booking to get the details of my car, ensure that I chose the right service to fit my needs and confirm my appointment time and vehicle handoff. I had originally chosen a drop off appointment for 11am but because I was flexible with my time Edgar said he could actually pick up my vehicle from my house at 8am and drop it back off to me after the detailing is done later that day. That way I didn't have to even leave my house! I work from home so this was a HUGE perk. So far my experience with The Falls Auto Detailing and specifically Edgar has been fantastic! Top notch customer service, flexibility and you can't beat their low prices. I have not experienced their detail work yet. But I will try to remember to come back here to provide an update after I get my shiny new car back. Wednesday May 25, 2022 I got my car back after it got detailed and believe it or not, I am even more impressed! My car looks better than it did when I bought it. Not only does it look immaculate inside and out (see before and after pictures) but Edgar is even more professional and nice in person. When he dropped my car back off at my house without me saying a word to him, he made sure to park in my designated spot. He waited patiently for me to wrap up what I was doing at work to come outside to meet him. Then he spent 20+ minutes with me to provide some pro tips on how I can help maintain my car both inside and out. I learned that Edgar is the owner of The Falls Auto Detailing with a wide background in both the automotive industry and has been a business professional for many years. My car broke down while on a hike over the weekend. This wonderful shop took my call on the weekend when they were closed with the help of the wonderful shop owner next door and let me off load my car in their lot until Monday. They were able to get it up and running in no time and even showed me what the issue was with some suggestions. I would highly suggest this shop as they care about their customers and go above and beyond. Very few shops exist like this anymore and I was able to drive away happy and safely. read more

The alternator went out on my truck last night I was able to limp it home. Called first thing in the morning to see if I could hopefully get it in and repaired sometime that day. Jeff said bring it in, unfortunately it wouldn't start so he sent someone out with a jump pack to start the truck to get it in the shop. The replaced the starter, did an oil change, topped off the fluids and gave it a once over and it didn't cost an arm and leg. They were fast, friendly and efficient. read more

I met Jeff when he was visiting my neighbor. My son was working in the rain on the rear brakes on his old Ford Galaxy. Jeff came over and sat down with him in the rain and helped him fix the brakes. This was a great opportunity for my 16 year old son to be shown how to do this. Jeff didn't want anything in return just saw an opportunity to help my son. I made an appointment to have one of our cars serviced for the 100K mile service, including an oil change. An hour after dropping the car off, J&K calls me to tell me 1) nothing needs done on my car for the 100K, and 2) I don't even need an oil change yet! Charge? ZERO. My windshield wipers stopped working the day we were supposed to drive from Washington to Wisconsin and of course it had to be during a rain storm. The lead mechanic figured out the problem and drove all the way to lake Stevens to pick us up new motors for the wipers. Now we're safe in Wisconsin and it's all thanks to these guys/ read more
