Don't ever go here. This guy ripped the bead on my brand new tire and tried to hide it. I drove down the street and got a flat tire right away. I took it to another shop and they immediately saw the ripped bead he tried to hide. We left it as is and I took it back to him and he tried to play dumb then finally admitted it. Got a blowout on the freeway on a Sunday. popped the spare on, called five places who quickly told me no and sent me on my way. best tires actually took time to check inventory and when they realized they didn't have my tire size They let me know they had two in a comparable size that would allow me to get back on the road. Replaced my blown out tire and my other tire (that ended up being 9 years old yikes) for less than it would have been for a new tire anywhere else. Great service highly recommend. read more

Great place to get tires and amazing customer service! I got to their shop later than I had said I would, 5:30 and they close at 6. Didn't even bat an eye. I picked out 2 tires for my Yaris and they started on it right away. I ended up keeping them there after 6 because I had to go down to a cash machine. Understandably, small businesses don't usually take AMEX, my bad. Even then, when they could have gotten upset with me, nope, friendly as ever. New to the area, looking to throw some used tires on the car before we trade it in later next month. Came here because of all the great reviews, loved the owner everything seemed good. Then about two weeks later I have my brakes checked and I'm told the two tires I just put on are basically without tread, and are not road worthy. I know next to nothing about tires, I had no idea - they seemed ok? I return to Best Tire. I originally paid $100 for two tires, he offered to replace the tires with other used tires (kids, when I felt the difference in tread between what he put on my car and what he then offered I nearly cried. I couldn't believe the difference and was shocked he actually put these basically bald tires on my car) for another $100. His reasoning was it was two weeks later, he only offers two DAYS to return a defective tire. But the tire wasn't defective, just bald. Maybe I should've had them checked after he put them on, maybe it's on me. But when you pay a professional for a service you trust their opinion, right? Especially when he seems like a nice guy and a good dad. I trusted him and what he was selling me, and I was sold bald tires. I honestly don't know why. The guy is super nice, his daughter was polite and courteous and I really loved their story. I'll never return. I read the good reviews and those people must've been in on a better day. Hopefully no one else experiences this but I cannot recommend anyone going there unless you are somewhat tuned into what the quality of a used tire should be. Buyer beware. read more
