This is a late submission. But my man came to the house a fixed my 430i BMW front lip that was in bad shape. Looked like new when he was done. It was chipped, peeling and cracked. Couple hours later, brand new. For the price, can't beat it.

I'm super please with these guys! My significant other had some minor scrapes with part of our garage door, which damaged the door panel on our Tesla. Tesla's are known for their soft paint anyway, so I was concerned how bad this would be. After texting with Jose, he dispatched Frank to my house immediately. He looked at it and was confident he could fix it. The whole thing was done in an hour start to finish -- from when we texted until when the job was done. The price was extremely fair. I accidentally scratched my fiance's Lexus and needed to fix her bumper so reached out to a few businesses in the area and was referred to Frank here at 5 Star Auto reconditioning. After receiving several estimates I went with them for both the reasonable estimate and the strong referral. Frank arrived on time and after showing him the scratch and a few other areas to touch up I left him alone to work. After a few hours the scratches were gone and the areas he worked on looked amazing. Frank was polite, tidy, organized and most importantly does great work. Wow what a service! I've had many occassions over the years where I've had to get little dents, dings or scratches off my cars. I've used many mobile services several times that were popular and well reviewed and although with the exception on Dings and Things ( more expensive and low quality ), have always been satisfied with the quality of work and always felt overcharged. Not this place though. Not only was the work the best I've recieved on any of my cars, he was the quickest and by far the best price I've ever had! Absolutely Incredible! He did my 2 cars today and wouldn't you know as soon as he left, I scraped the back side panel of my car against my iron gate as I was backing out. Major DUH! -- I called him up, he turned around and came right back and fixed the side swipe in about 20 min at a discounted price, even though he had already left! He is very nice, very professional, does a great job and has the best price around. What else does one need? This is the guy, people - dont bother calling anyone else.... read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was recommended to Frank through a friend and had some serious damage on my rear bumper and side door. Frank was so amazing, he picked my car up from my apartment, fixed everything over the weekend and even dropped it back off! I didnt have to deal with the headache of hitching rides or getting to and from the shop. He also went above and beyond and fixed a few other minor scratches. Frank is an absolute magician! Someone sideswiped the rear of my Maserati, which is my pride and joy and I was distraught at the damage. I called Frank and he came and assessed the damage the same day. He even carried out the work on a Sunday as he knew I was a little distressed about the situation. I am very particular about work being done on my vehicle and he well exceeded my expectations! I can't even tell that the vehicle was ever damaged and its back to its former glory. Frank came out to our house Saturday morning. He was able to schedule me in at the last minute which was great. Front bumper on our Altima was scratched pretty bad from a curb. Came out and worked his magic and you cannot tell it was ever damaged and a perfect paint match. Frank fixed a couple other areas and chips around the wheel well and side mirrors and again great job. His prices are very reasonable and he has a great easy going personality. I definitely plan to use him again if needed on our other cars and will recommend his services to my friends at the office. I originally sent out messages to other repair businesses, but they either weren't able to fix the dents on my rear bumper or the price was too high. I was recommended to this business one of the other businesses that couldn't help me. Jose responded in a timely manner and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He arrived on time and after three hours, got my rear bumper looking new as if nothing had happened. I was very impressed at his skill and professionalism. The body shops I talked to quoted even more than my dealership which is insane to me--plus, both places I had to physically drive to and take time to even get a quote. Meanwhile Leo gave a range for the estimate based off of photos and when he showed up (punctual too!), he gave me a thorough explanation of his prognosis and what to expect given the difficult location of the dent since it was right where there's a curve. He was careful to explain that he might not be able to get everything out depending on how the metal reacts but wow he managed to make the dent look like it was never there! It looks perfect. They will 'ghost you' when trying to contact them via text, phone call or email. No address for this business prevents you from suing them in small claims court. The techs in the field their phone number directs you to seem afraid to say anything or giving out any information about the business. Once they have your money, YOU ARE DEAD TO THEM!!! They promise via text and on their website "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED." I could not be less satisfied and have more regret for calling these clowns. A truly dishonorable operation that deserves to be out of business. Frank is a really nice guy, professional, and very good at what he does. He is also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. He's done work on a couple of my cars (one was a bumper scratch and the other a scratched wheel), and he's done a wonderful job on both! I definitely recommend him since I've worked in the past and will do so in the future. read more
