I recently was involved in a collision where I was rear ended and was referred to irepair by someone named Hakeem who showed up at the time of my accident. Initially I thought I found an accommodating and overall great collision repair shop for my cla 35 amg. Things quickly turned unorganized and stressful. Long story short between Mike the owner, Will the manager and Chris, "the owners brother", were never on the same page. Chris and Will arranged a loaner for 30 days until liability was sorted but because the loaner didn't have insurance they continued to hassle me day after day with excuses & lies on returning the vehicle. Chris promised to cut a check for an enterprise rental for 10 days for the inconvenience but when we arrived to iRepair Mike undermined his brother and told me they wouldn't be covering the rental & proceeded to be nasty with his responses. Terrible situation I was in but I took my car and switched and thankfully the very next day my attorney called me and said liability was affirmed and I can get my baby fixed. The amount of stress I went through dealing with this auto body shop I wouldn't dare return my car. Decided on taking it to RDB on sunset instead. Hope this helps anyone who may have liability issues from an accident and thinking about taking your car here. UPDATE: the accident took place in front of a dental office where there are cameras pointing directly where the truck hit me. I have no reason to lie Mike but clearly you do! Everything I said on this review can be verified and I have evidence via text and phone recording. I'm at no fault and the opposite insurance company will be paying for my car. Angels do exist!!! Last night we were in a horrible car crash--car totaled. (We're relatively ok). A man was there and unbelievably helpful. Kept me calm. Helped with the police. He paid for the police to tow the car to his Auto Body shop so I didn't have to wait an hour for a tow, and could get to the hospital. (He took care of insurance repayment). Had car ready for me to empty this afternoon. Most important, he got video footage of the accident from the owner of the gas station at the corner and sent it me for my lawyer! This guy was amazing. Wow... not only are they people who genuinely care for you and your needs but they do absolutely anything & everything to put your mind at ease when you're involved in an accident. Chris ! My man... literally took care of everything from A-Z. Handled the claim, wrote an estimate right than a there, set appointment up with adjuster and even got me into a rental when my insurance said they wouldn't pay for my rental... they were able to give me 20 days.
