Someone backed into me and the license plate on the front of my car was hanging on by a thread. I took it to another body shop but that fix didn't last. I stopped by here without an appointment and someone was able to fix my plate up right away! It took them in all but 5 minutes. They were professional, fast and very helpful. I thought the car would never come out as new as possible but these guys are amazing. It took a little bit longer than I anticipated I guess it had to do with the insurance giving them the authorization but once they got it they devise me the card with being timely manner I have to say this they also deliver the car to me prior to my expectation. They have done an amazing job fixing my wrecked car. But in return as well I had a few chips here and there which they to care of it without charging me extra. Over all I wish I could write them more than 5 stars. I would recommend this body shop to anyone you will not be sorry they know what they are doing for sure. read more

My family and I have been taking all of our cars here since I can remember. Probably about 10 times if I can remember correctly, and the quality is getting bad lately. 3 years ago I took my car in for a scratched bumper and they took way too long to repair it and didn't deliver on the day they told me. Worst part was after 4 days the paint cracked! Then, my dad took his car in after it was severely damaged in a accident, and it was given back to us without the AC even working. Then most recently, I took my car in for a dent in my passenger door. When I got the car back the hood latch was broken. I informed them about this days later and they didn't want to take the fault. Oh and calling this place is a nightmare, the receptionist or whatever is pretty rude and unhelpful. Honestly it is not worth for me and my family to take cars here anymore. They used to be good and now that they have more clientele they seem to care less and less about providing good service. read more

I brought my Honda Civic here to get my bumper fixed. Its sad that I did not realize this when I picked up my car, but its been weeks later and a friend of mine who knows about cars noticed that the bumper paint did not match the paint of the car and in fact was a cheaper paint. I called Dzign today and they were not helpful at all and said if I had an issue I should have contacted them sooner. Are you serious?!?! I am so disappointed with this shop especially since the guys seemed very trustworthy and all about the customer at first, I guess it was all a facade to get my money. read more
