Never more than 10 people here , even during football games. Please don't make the assumption that they care if you need a menu, a drink, or a refill. They don't. It's absolute insanity. I don't get it. If they cared even a little bit it would be packed. I'm gonna miss the food, but I can't keep taking the punishment.

Next thing they did, was to comfort me, and give me medical treatment. I mean it was only a few scratches. My forearm was bleeding. Of course. I was bleeding all over the parking lot. But they didn't care, they took care of me when I need them. They opened their bathroom, and they gave me sufficient medical care to get home. I've never been in Dudley's bar before. But I give them a AAA reading on there staff, and need to be helpful. It seemed like a bunch of off duty. Paramedics took care me. I very much appreciate their time and their care.

Mike is great too and always takes care of people. The whole staff just feels comfortable around each other and it makes the place feel really welcoming instead of awkward or forced. Fridays offer free dance lessons starting at 7 PM, taught by an awesome couple who make even two left feet look good after 90 minutes lol. Young adults 18-20 can enter on Friday nights only. It's slow, but honestly having the dance floor to practice was super fun. Saturday nights.. poppin' and packed! They often have a live band starting around 8 PM. There's no info anywhere about reservations or tickets, but judging by how packed it was by 10 PM, I'd bet it's a first-come, first-served deal. The crowd was a great mix of young and old, 50/ 50 men women ratio, something for everyone from line-dancing to two-stepping to slow dancing. This former competitive western dancer gives the dance floor two thumbs up! It's half the size of Red River but big enough to enjoy. TIP: There's a cozy bar area away from the music if you'd rather sip than spin. Great AC and fans so you don't melt in your boots lol. The Ranch House is what I'd call a hidden gem for country-western fans north of DFW. Once you find it, you'll be glad you did.

Unfortunately, what started off as 5star service derailed in to my pool table rail being damaged…read moreand me being treated horribly. When the technicians came to my home one of them was well experienced and polite the other was a thug or appeared to be an ex-convict who nearly damaged my rails. The more experienced tech apologized inspected the rails with me and finished the job. There was no prior damage to any part of my table. The tech even recommended that I replace the rubber soon. I informed Mitch of the good job and told him that I would use them to replace the rubber in a few months. However, a pocket needed to be adjusted. He responded immediately and sent the tech back out in a few days. After the tech adjusted the pocket he damaged my rail. I brought this to Mich's attention and he stated they would address it. He then called me back and said that they wouldn't because it was previous damage. He stated that the damage showed on a previous pic of the table. I explained as stated above that the rails had been inspected before and after and that neither myself nor the tech saw damage, He stated that they don't point out everything that is wrong with a table. This is odd if this is your business to service tables. He was aggressive throughout the call, and then hung up. This is horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. The tech was more professional than the boss. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BTW he stated that he would lie to refute this review. So be prepared for a complete fabrication with pics.
