Pros: - fixed price- I tried the hourly route and it got pretty expensive real quick. - quick and efficient - they responded quickly - clean as I expected Cons: - first time I scheduled a clean, they didn't do a cleaning because the cleaner who came out said it was too large of a job by herself (I answered a questionnaire that stated the square footage and went over what I wanted clean beforehand). I'm a very organized and picky person so it was hard to find the perfect person. I found much more than that! It took more than I had expected but their cleaner, Norika, was not going to cut corners :-) they also took care of carpet shampoo & steaming so it was very convenient. The owner and I had a discussion and I believe that it was just a misunderstanding regarding expectations and my dealings with having a cleaning service for several years and trying a new one. I tried to remove my review because I do not want to hurt a new business and I honestly believe that the lady who was sent to my home worked at her best. It was just not a right fit for me and a difference regarding expectations. I am impressed that the owner reached out to refund my money but I rejected this as I do not want a service for free and I did receive a service for cleaning.
