I was so happy with the service provided to me by Clean Break! I walked them through the house and pointed out the areas that I wanted them to focus on. I was in the market for a deep clean that consisted of: - my walls scrubbed - my vents and fans cleaned - tile floors scrubbed - Window sills, blinds and shutters cleaned - Clean on bathroom and kitchen - etc. (These are things that tend to get left out of my weekly clean.) Companies in the past waste time on areas that I do not want them to spend time on and then never get to the nitty-gritty that I want to be done. This time it was different. Awful service. One of the two just sat and did nothing. They just vacuumed the place and left. The bathrooms and kitchen were not even scrubbed. Now, they have no record of servicing my place??? Poor service and liars!!! I would never ever recommend them to anyone!!! I called them based on the 5 stars that everyone gave them. Carmen has been cleaning my apartment for about a year, and she is my saving grace! It's nerve wracking to have someone new in your home with your "stuff," but I trust her implicitly. She and her team are incredibly trust worthy and honest. Her work ethic is fantastic. She was recommended to me by a friend who had been using her for a couple of years, so there was already a level of trust, and I wasn't disappointed. She does an amazing and very thorough job... I don't know how she gets my old bathroom apartment tile so clean! Carmen is very sweet, and she has an additional skill. For a VERY reasonable additional cost, she will groom my dog! She is certified, and you can tell that she is a major animal lover. My pup is a bit of a princess type dog who requires a hair style rather than your typical dog shave. Carmen does a phenomenal job for less than most groomers (I do tip her). Just make sure and book her for grooming when you book cleaning, because she is in demand, and you want her to have time. A plumber made a mess at our house, soaking an unfinished wood floor in our storage room with sewage while he snaked out a pipe. We had no idea whether the floor could be cleaned effectively. We called A Clean Break, and Phil came out to take a look. He showed up at the appointed time, told us he was sure the problem could be fixed, and quoted a very reasonable price. He worked quite hard for several hours. His work was wonderful, and our storage room looks better now than it did before the plumbing mishap.
