Ariel and his son James impressed me with their excellent service in diagnosing a bathroom leak from a failing angle valve. They went through my to-do list and addressed all my items. When dealing with an old clogged shower head, Ariel had a simple one that he swapped out for a nominal charge. The kitchen sink was taking a long time to get hot water, and he quickly diagnosed a semi-clogged supply line. He replaced it quickly, and hot water was restored. They are reasonably priced, and take Zelle payment. I strongly recommend this father and son team! read more

Our toilet clogged really bad because our toddler flushed some thing down there. I first called Ariel from Sooner Plumbing and he was not available at the time so I called another. The other plumber worked on our toilet and was so rough and scratched really badly with the toilet auger. He managed to shoved the object and it flushed like normal. He then told me that while it flushed the object may still be there. He told me that it would cost 250 to take out the toilet to find the darn thing. If he couldn't get it out I would need to buy a new toilet from him that costs 599 with installation. He said how old and poor quality my toilet is and it would be better to just pay 599 otherwise it would cost almost 1000 (he's rounding up). I told him I'll think about it then called Sooner plumber to ask for his price and estimate on the reparations and possible installation of new toilet. Everything was much less that what the other guy charge me. The day he came to fix the toilet, he was on time, polite, and very professional. He didn't try to pressure me, nor intentionally ruining the toilet, nor take out the toilet unnecessarily to get paid more. He was honest and up front explaining the whole problem. I was very grateful that he came to fix our toilet; and I didn't "flush 850 or 1,000" down the drain with the other crooked plumber. I WILL ONLY USE SOONER PLUMBING FROM NOW ON. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call Ariel and wait for him to do the job if you can. He is often very busy because he's very good, reasonable, and trust worthy. But it's worth it to have your plumbing done right for a reasonable fees. He will not take advantage of women with little kids who know nothing about plumbing like me. read more

We had Sooner Plumbing install a new kitchen sink for us. First, they are incredibly flaky and rescheduled the install several times. Then on the day the installed it, they removed the old sink, then decided to measure to make sure the new sink the bought would actually fit. Of course it didn't! They were supposed to install an undermount sink but had actually ordered an overmount. The workers kept insisting it was an upgrade (stupid me for trusting them!) so I said to install the sink. After all, at this point I have no kitchen sink. Later I found out that the overmount sink is actually significantly cheaper than the undermounts, but they refuse to give a discount. I don't think it was an accident that they ordered the wrong sink. Stay away from these guys they are not honest! I have tried reaching out to the owner directly but he ghosted me. I am also filing a BBB report against them. Please save yourself the headache and avoid these guys! read more

Glad I called Sooner. Was installing a new bathroom vanity that needed to have some of the plumbing rerouted and an angle stop leak repaired. Somehow, I think the plumbing might be even older...;) Ariel has fixed leaks, clogs, broken pipes and other plumber's repair mistakes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
