Other businesses need to revert back to this level of care and communication. I received emails, text messages and confirmations along the way from setting up the appointment to do the work, when they would be here, how long the process would take, etc. It absolutely was refreshing to feel like a company really wanted to do their best work and make me happy as a customer. The crew showed up on time, they did the work, they cleaned up whatever minimal mess may have been made, and with the exception of the fact that they put some of their equipment on top of my new HVAC unit, which I wasn't thrilled about, everything was pretty seamless. The crew was super friendly, very polite, and again very eager to make sure that I was happy with the work.
