He's a nice, friendly guy and did great work along with his crew. Due no doubt to my decades of neglect, the job took a little longer than he'd initially guessed, but despite my offer to pay more (since it was my fault!) he stuck to the original estimate. 5 stars all the way! Highly responsive and all coordinated via yelp and text. Scheduled a gutter cleaning, and the price was very fair. Got the job done the same week, and arrived on time. We went ahead and got a quote for gutter guards while he was here for the gutter cleaning, and got that scheduled too. Gutter guards were installed today, along with a replacement downspout (issue that popped up during the cleaning). V's attention to detail is second to none. He added screws to better secure our gutters, at no extra charge. He even sent videos of his progress from the roof! They came right out when we were having trouble with our gutter system! There was a short break in the rain, and they got the job done right when leaving; thunder/lightning started, and a few minutes later, it started to pour! I messaged Vitaliy about repairing a gutter segment that separated from the facia board and also realigning the gutter on the west side of my home. He responded within an hour (on a Saturday morning). I sent him some photos and asked for a quote. The quote seemed fair and reasonable. We set a time for him to come out. He came out on time and while I was thinking this first time out would be more of a site visit to see the conditions of the gutter in person, he said he'd have it taken care of in about two hours. He did what needed to be done and went above and beyond by cleaning the gutters. I didn't ask him to do this because I normally take care of it before I hang Christmas lights (i.e., before the rain season). He didn't charge more and didn't try to sell me a new gutter system. I expressed a concern about rotting facia which he noted and I asked him for a quote to replace the gutters around my home (for when the time comes), he provided a parametric estimate breaking down the components of the work per linear foot, then gave me an overall quote. Vitaliy just finished gutter replacement at my newly purchased home. I could not be more satisfied: his work is meticulous and he gives great attention to detail. My home had a number of challenges, and he easily solved the problems that concerned others I had bid on my job - "It's something I do every day". With his patience & technique, he was able to replace gutters on my tile roofed outbuilding without having to remove tiles - something other contractors insisted on. The caulk inside the endcaps was neater than in my bathroom. He recommended leaf guards - an inexpensive variety, and explained his well thought out rationale. He & his assistant were wiping down the gutters & applying touch up paint in tiny spots, as if they were working on a custom car. He also did some beautiful work on the downspouts - way better lines than before. I had no idea that his work would add such substantial beauty to my home. And...his price was more than fair.
