Quick service and great prices!…read more I've been going here for about a year and after referring all my friends here, I finally decided to write a review about this place. Note: there's two locations - I'm not sure if they are owned by the same owner, but they are both located in the same plaza. I've only been to the second location once- which is located upstairs, so I don't have much of an opinion of their second location. It does get pretty busy on the weekends, so either come early or on the weekdays if you don't want to wait. However, even on their busiest days, the longest I had to wait was 20 minutes. I only get my eyebrows threaded here, but they offer other services as well! Eyebrows are $5 now (it used to be $4). However, this place is one of the cheapest places for eyebrows I've found and I've been pretty pleased with the services. I don't have a particular person I go to (you have to pay more if you request for a certain person), but I haven't had any issues with any of the people who did my eyebrows yet.

Unfortunately, despite that, when I came to get my eyebrows done last Thursday, and despite me speaking to the woman who did my eyebrows in Hindi (but maybe she did not hear), I was still treated badly when I went to pay. The girl ringing me up asked her (in Hindi), if the cost should be $5 or $6 and the woman who did my eyebrows, again obviously thinking I can't understand her, says loudly $7. I don't mind paying $7 if that's a consistent thing, but I do have a problem being discriminated against as if I'm not Indian, just spoke to you in Hindi, and have had previous conversations about these things in the 2 years I have been coming here! That was just really shocking and upsetting behavior. I obviously won't be returning and will be sharing my experience with my friends.

I was greeted by the owner, Naaz as soon as I walked in and told her the service I wanted to get done. She was super friendly and very inviting! Within a few minutes, she was done and cost $12 plus tip. I got the look that I wanted and would come back here if I'm pinched on time. The place gets 4 stars for me because I wish that the chair was wiped down after each use. There was someone else needing to get services done when I was walking out and she sat on the same chair I was on. Not a super big deal but cleanliness is a big thing for me.

I came to her with healthy hair and clear instructions: my hair can only handle semi-permanent color (a rinse). Despite my explicit warnings via text and in person, she used permanent color on my hair anyway. The physical results have been devastating: I now have multiple bald spots on my head. The hair is see-through, weak, and broken off. The entire right side of my hair is gone. (Please see my attached before and after photos for proof of the damage.) What is most upsetting was the lack of transparency. It appears she knew exactly what happened while I was in her chair. Instead of being honest about the chemical breakage, she styled my hair in a way that hid the bald spots so I wouldn't discover the truth until I got home and looked closely. When I reached out to her about the hair loss, her only response was that she was "sorry for my disappointment." She offered no financial responsibility for the damage caused. If you value the health of your hair, be very cautious. My experience was that my instructions were ignored, mistakes were hidden, and there was zero accountability for the physical and emotional distress caused.

The shop is new,pretty, and bright. Overall, I would return but I am a little jaded by the sly comments.

I was very nervous about getting my brows done and had been delaying it forever while I attempt to grow them thicker.
