After several times of repeating myself, that I wanted them longer and sharper to match the reference photo, I was brushed off. On my way to another salon now to see if someone can even fix this. She was knowledgeable about the latest technology and demonstrated outstanding customer service. At the start of the service she asked me lots of questions about what I wanted. She was so gentle that I did not know she had begun to apply the extensions until she was halfway done with one eye!
