My eyebrows aren't ones that "just need cleaned up"; they require shaping and coaxing into something that looks like they belong on a human face and not on a muppet. Because they don't come with their own natural shape that can be followed, I require somebody who can envision what they SHOULD look like and what balance works well with my face.
