Not made excuses for their poor practices My dad was recently in a bad car situation and this place told my dad, who is almost 80 that they would check out his car. When I was called, they told me the car was almost $800 to fix. I asked how much was the labor. The labor was over $500 and the parts were the remaining cost. They offered a 5% discount if it was paid in cash. I told them no thank you and that I would get the car towed. They told me that I was more than welcome to get the car towed once I paid the $159 diagnostic fee. I said, did you tell my dad (because he was the one there) about this fee before you checked out the car? They said no we did not but it's a common practice so it is what it is and it has to be paid or we will not be giving you your keys back. Honestly, guac isn't even $5 but chipotle makes sure they tell you that there is an additional charge. I left my home (45 mins away) paid the fee and got the car towed. Brenda that works there was SO KIND!!! She will go places in life with her personality and kindness... but for all the rude, non compassionate, lack of communicators, money hungry, greedy individuals that work there, i hope nothing good comes to them in life. They were the owners and the employees.

No hassle, no upselling, just pleasant interactions with a polite employee in a comfortable waiting room before going on with my day. In comparison, last year I went elsewhere and had to schedule weeks in advance. I was promised the inspection would take 30 minutes only to be left waiting at the dealership for 3 hours. And despite passing inspection I still had to go through the gauntlet of rude sales reps pushing me to spend more than $2000 on unnecessary services. Never again!
