I bought tires March 13 from Discount Tire, and took it to get aligned right after tires were put…read moreon. I took the car back twice that same day after the alignment was "completed" because the car was swaying/swerving left to right. The first time he blamed the road, the second time he blamed my shocks and said the alignment was good. I been driving to and from work for 3 weeks assuming the alignment was done correctly. I took it to another alignment shop and was told my trailing arm bushings were bad (which explains the swaying) and that pro align should have caught it because you can't do a proper alignment with bad bushings. When i took my car back he said he doesn't warranty lowered vehicles and said its written all over the walls in his business. When I noticed it wasnt written anywhere I tried to take a picture of the papers, which he stepped in front of and told me I couldn't take pictures in his business. He told me I could take him to court, that people have taken him before and he's always won. He put my car on his rack to check alignment for his records (for court, which I allowed) and he apologized saying he should have caught that my camber and toe was way off the first time, but said because the rubber in the bushings are still there the bushings are good (rubber can still be there but worn, so thays incorrect). Even after admitting he didnt catch my camber being off, he refused to get me two new tires. He did however refund my alignment fee. Still not happy , im out two tires. Sorry long rant but hopefully you wont go here and lose out like I did. The tires weren't just slightly worn (if they were I wouldnt make a big deal, we are all human and make mistakes) they were completely worn on the inside approximately one inch on both rear tires, to the point they're unsafe to drive on now. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They got me in quickly, were great communicators, and worked with my shop from Denver closely to work on the problem. In the end, it was going to take them a few days to get the needed parts, and instead of dragging me along they helped my Denver shop locate a Toyota dealership in Rockwall that had the parts and could do the job more quickly to get me headed home. Very rare that you find any auto repair places that will walk away from money because it is in the client's best interests. Honesty and integrity are obviously a prime focus at Eagle. This is the FIRST CRITICAL REVIEW I've ever written on ANY business…read more Only 2408 miles driven since this repair that I paid $1200 cash for. The A/C was used no more than 12 hours total after the new compressor was installed. The car has had no accidents of any kind. The compressor that Greg's shop installed (for $1200) just dropped off the engine block when I started the car one day. It was never bolted on like they told me it was. Greg sent a tow truck to pick the car up from my house and when I called later that day to check on my car, I was told that Greg has gone on vacation in Acapulco. My car stayed at that shop for 14 days and whenever I called to ask about my car, it was impossible to get a straight answer to why my a/c compressor would become unbolted. One of the guys that answered my call just said that I need to get a new engine. The next time I called them to say I can have AAA Auto Club tow the car off of Greg's lot.. but the message from Greg (still in Acapulco) was: "pay the fee for the tow truck Greg sent for $200, and then I could have my car". By this time I was beyond frustrated. Then I asked if they could put a smaller drive belt on and bypass the compressor. Greg got back from Acapulco and they called me with an estimate to put on a smaller belt and bypass the compressor.. $746.68 !!! I declined. I scheduled a AAA tow truck to meet me over at Greg's shop and he was still refusing to give me my car keys unless I paid him $200. Then he had a quick change of heart after I told him I would call police. At that point Greg had a childish, name-calling tantrum. Never in my life saw a grown man have such a pathetic tantrum. BE AWARE that Collinsworth Car Care is just like so many others; They'll happily take your money without doing an honest repair or giving an honest explanation. The shop I had my car towed to did the bypass belt install perfectly for a tiny fraction of what greedy Greg wanted.
