The guy (I can't remember his name) that came out was AMAZING. He took his time to explain to me everything he was checking and the results from it. He also broke down what the process was to repair and used pictures to explain where the part was located. I have never experienced a mechanic like him. When it was time to fix my truck, Ralph broke down every part that was needed. I had my father on the phone with me and he agreed with everything he was telling me. They came this morning and picked my truck up. By 6pm, Ralph was letting me know that it was done. I couldn't believe that I was able to get my truck fixed in one day. Amazing. I would absolutely, without any hesitation, highly recommend them for your mechanical needs. It is hard finding a good mechanic these days that you can trust. I have definitely found mine.
