Only one mechanic available for busy shop. Dropped off vehicle on a Monday and said it would be looked at Wednesday. Didn't get a call until Friday and just said you need a new transmission. Would not recommend to friends. read more

If I could leave a negative star I would. I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I went into the shop earlier this morning for a CV axle repair. An hour or so later I get a phone call that I have $4,000 in repairs. After having to pay $100 for an hours worth of labor, and acknowledging the waiver for the release of my vehicle I went to a family friend who owns a mechanic shop to get a second opinion and he immediately found that all of my lugnuts on my tire were hand tight, meaning my wheel was getting ready to fall off. I then gladly paid my mechanic for the AMAZING work he did on my vehicle and called Pro auto wanting to know WHY my tires were not checked because if my tire fell off I would have been seriously hurt or even killed in a car accident. After getting a VERY belligerent manager and was told by the manager that all of the items that they claimed were wrong we're about to completely fall off of my vehicle, when every vibration I had with my vehicle disappeared. She then started to yell at me to which I yelled back saying that I could have been killed in an accident. After continuing to get into a very heated argument with the manager she then tells me and my girlfriend to come into the shop and if all the problems disappeared she would refund us the money. We went up there and my girlfriend went inside because I was still very unhappy that they were overcharging, AND failed to check my tires that could have ended very tragically. As they were coming to the vehicle my girlfriend was told by the manager "your boyfriend doesn't scare me, I'm bigger than him" the only "threats" that were made by me were that if I had gotten into an accident because of my tire falling off I would make sure they hold Pro Auto responsible. That was perceived as a threat by both me and my girlfriend. The "test drive" we were taken on was down a VERY poorly maintained gravel parking lot that was owned by them. Was then told every bump we hit on that gravel parking lot and vibration we felt from the bumps were a problem with my vehicle. Needless to say I am out $100 and they are out a customer. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I took a 2002 Ford Focus in for engine issues around 6 months ago and the car has run great since then. Older vehicles are going to have problems from time to time. I've just taken it in again to have the clutch looked at. I was given an estimated cost and the time it would take for repairs. It is certainly not the closest to where I live but if you find a good and honest car repair shop you will want to do business with them because you know they will take care of you and you, likewise, will become a valued customer to them. read more
