I bought tires March 13 from Discount Tire, and took it to get aligned right after tires were put…read moreon. I took the car back twice that same day after the alignment was "completed" because the car was swaying/swerving left to right. The first time he blamed the road, the second time he blamed my shocks and said the alignment was good. I been driving to and from work for 3 weeks assuming the alignment was done correctly. I took it to another alignment shop and was told my trailing arm bushings were bad (which explains the swaying) and that pro align should have caught it because you can't do a proper alignment with bad bushings. When i took my car back he said he doesn't warranty lowered vehicles and said its written all over the walls in his business. When I noticed it wasnt written anywhere I tried to take a picture of the papers, which he stepped in front of and told me I couldn't take pictures in his business. He told me I could take him to court, that people have taken him before and he's always won. He put my car on his rack to check alignment for his records (for court, which I allowed) and he apologized saying he should have caught that my camber and toe was way off the first time, but said because the rubber in the bushings are still there the bushings are good (rubber can still be there but worn, so thays incorrect). Even after admitting he didnt catch my camber being off, he refused to get me two new tires. He did however refund my alignment fee. Still not happy , im out two tires. Sorry long rant but hopefully you wont go here and lose out like I did. The tires weren't just slightly worn (if they were I wouldnt make a big deal, we are all human and make mistakes) they were completely worn on the inside approximately one inch on both rear tires, to the point they're unsafe to drive on now. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The work and service were both rough:…read more Work - the car was pulled out and ready to hand over to me, even without checking all the lights that were still on (engine, brake, etc). I had to go find them again to scan the system to cancel the lights. And they said the "lights were on when they got the car." I told them that's why I reached out and offered business. Wasn't it their job to wrap it up before saying the car is ready? Service - I chose them because they said they offer the service to send the car back to me without me having to show up there. And it was communicated that they could have the car fixed within the day. It was discounted after they got the car, saying they didn't even have the parts ready by the end of the day and that they had to wait one more day. Plus, they told me they could only Uber me to their plant to pick up the car instead of sending it back to me. They should not OVERPROMISE on such supporting services as the customer chose them for the sake of time. It turned out I had to cancel lots of errands, which would have been totally avoidable if they had been upfront and decent from the beginning and throughout the service. I gave them two stars instead of one only because the manager showed a good attitude and admitted that they should have done a better job. Anyway, the experience was NOT pleasant.

They're not the type of people that try to sell you a thousand-dollar package when all you want to do is get a few things fixed. These guys will tell you what problems take priority (or if it's even worth doing a service on your car) and to work on each problem one at a time. Love them. I wanted a 2nd opinion and after he already changed one side advises me that he thought there was nothing wrong with them in the first place. I paid $500 to replace wheel hubs and bearings that he thought nothing was wrong. I provided the parts they were Lexus genuine parts but someone they failed with in 4 mths. I took to another shop which specializes in Japanese and foreign vehicles and they advised me they were badly installed and one bearing looked as is it was never changed. I brought my concerns to the shop and of course he wasn't happy with someone question is integrity and work but when it comes to safety of my family and integrity that's what is as consumers trust in the mechanic for. I'm out of $650 for parts and labor at Ables and then paid $812 at another place but at least I'm warrantied for a year on parts and labor. I wasn't offered anything. I'm just glad I was able to get it fixed correctly before something really bad happen to me or my family.

At my SIL's recommendation, I submitted a request to see when Highway 78 Auto could look at it. Took it in this morning and the tech looked at it immediately and pretty much had a good idea what it was. Danielle was super sweet and offered to take me to my daughter's home. A few hours later and Danielle called and said it was ready! Wow! It's hard to find great service like this anymore. Now I know why SIL only trusts this shop to work on his vehicles. Thanks so much for restoring my faith that good, old-fashioned service at a fair price still exists!
