I came back the next day and ordered the brisket sandwich. The brisket was one of the best I have had (almost as good as mine). While waiting for my sides to cook, the owner offered a "pup cup" for my dog. BEST PUP CUP EVER! I've never seen a pup cup of smoked chicken before. Can't wait for my next trip to Iron Mountain so I can try the pork.
