Jack, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. He was attentive, genuine, and clearly cared about making sure we felt valued as customers. His effort didn't go unnoticed and completely shifted the tone of our evening. Our banquet hall waitress (I wish I remembered her name!) was equally impressive, she was kind, attentive, and stayed on top of everything throughout the meal. You could tell she truly cared about giving us a great experience. On top of the great service, the food was amazing, everything we had was delicious and well worth the visit. What started off frustrating ended up being a really enjoyable night thanks to their outstanding service and commitment to making things right. That level of care goes a long way, and it's the reason we'll definitely be back.

We tried the Dutch Country Soft Prezel with all of the dip options; Belgian mustard, beer cheese and pimento cheese. Wow! The the beer cheese was fantastic, but the pimento cheese is to die for!! Cannot wait to go back to ask if I can buy that in bulk too! The service was excellent. We sat at the bar because who doesn't love a free show?!?
