Well, that is ironic considering all the other times I am there with the same situations, they take the truck back and I'm home NLT 1 pm. I usually go local for the oil change and then support a local business or two, but this is the second time in 6 months the young gentleman told me he couldn't get to me. This time had a helper "girlfriend" behind the desk hanging out which I've never seen before either. This is just not like Fuquay tire and their normal level of service. I went somewhere else because it needed to be done but it has me questioning if every time I recommend this store if I'm now making a mistake.

Went back in to get it fixed, told them the car was driving fine before it, it has some side damage, so when the manager went and checked it he said it was due to that. A little odd that accountability couldn't be taken by the arrogant manager, who offered a 'free alignment check' for an issue they caused. Once that was done, the car is still unfixed, damage caused by DiscountTire, with management having dishonest practices and inability to take accountability. The car is now dangerous to drive as one nudge off center at speeds above 50 will skid back tires. Though they will try to milk out as much money from you as possible, so go here if you want that.

I explained to them that we had this set on for about 4yrs and there was so much wear to them already. I explained to them how our steering wheel seems crooked and if they could tell us what the problem was, that would be fantastic. They were running a sale on lifetime alignment for 169.99 and we signed up. We left with our new tires and were told they fixed the alignment as well. About three weeks later, we went camping and when we returned, my husband noticed the two front tires were worn very bad inside. He was not happy. Steering wheel still crooked also. So we called the Firestone in Holly Springs (since we live near by). We explained what was going on and let me just say they went well above and beyond! The young gentleman, Rance-helped us. He replaced the two front tires for us, and he also replaced all 4 of our tie rods and adjusted our alignment where the steering wheel is straight! We weren't charged a cent extra!!!! We couldn't have been happier. It was a blessing, a huge blessing for us. Thank you so much Rance and the staff at Firestone in Holly Springs for going above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. Yes I had a lot of questions, he was just playing on his phone most of the time and sitting on the counter and seemed irritated when I asked a question, sighing and huffing and puffing. I asked what was wrong with him and he said it was what was going on in the back I told him he needs to learn how to handle stress, and multitasking without taking it out on customers that have nothing to do with the situation I work in the medical field and take customer service seriously. I told him I could have corporate on speed dial and he said call them if you want. He probably loves at home with his parents, no regard to customer service and is not worried about bills or a place to stay and willing to lose his job. lHe just doesn't care.
