I called the team member, Ryan, for tires just after the establishment's opening at 8am. He along with the staff were ready. They greeted me as I walked into the building this early morning. Jeremy and Rodney are extraordinary!!! Don't go anywhere else!! They have offered advice, recommendations, and helped any way they could along the way. I showed up with a tire going flat and couldn't get to work on time, only to find out it was actually the rim that was bent causing the issue. I spent the rest of the day trying to sort out what to do (Just Tires doesn't fix or replace rims). I have had a very difficult situation with a rim that was damaged and a tire that wouldn't hold air as a result. I had tried to couple other places who either prices me out options well over $1000, tried to sell me multiple things and wouldn't just replace the one rim, were booked out weeks, and/or couldn't help because my rim was alloy rather than steel. It has been a nightmare of a day! I ended up in tears. Rodney gave me a number for someone who might could help and he was right - but it presented a new problem of how could I get the rim onto my old tire. I called back and this time spoke to Jeremy who said he would help me figure that tire part out if I could get the rim/part I needed to them. The part has been ordered and my blood pressure is finally coming down! They helped me in every way they could, were willing to help me figure out how to get it replaced, maintain a positive attitude with me, and answered all my questions (and numerous phone calls). It would have been very easy for them to get snippy or to brush me off without providing much assistance but they made true effort and showed such patience, understanding, and general kindness. I had not been a customer before today but now I wouldn't go anywhere else! My husband and I will both be customers moving forward! (And, as a side note, both my husband and I need new tires. Had a screw in my tire, it was too close to the sidewall so it had to be replaced, they were good with explaining and giving my options, I decided to get the two tires replaced since they were getting old anyways, they even did a price match which I really appreciated, they had the tires in stock and finished it in about an hour. They also called me to see if I wanted to change a dirty filter aswell. Overall great job, quick, friendly, and good price. read more

My wife got a flat Friday evening and I called to try and make an appointment but they were booked all day Saturday. Laurie told us to bring it in and they would make sure it got fixed. Jeremy was amazing, fast, and super friendly! A few weeks ago I was about to go camping with my family; we had our jeep completely packed to the gills, two kids and dog included. We're about to get on the road and I noticed clicking sound as I started to pull out of the driveway. I searched my tires and sure enough we had a nail deeply embedded in our front tire. I called to see if they could help us right away, Jeremy said come on down. When we arrived he offered me coffee, finished helping the people he was currently with, and then immediately came over, patched up our tire and sent us on our way. Been here a few times and it's always been a positive experience for me, the prices are very reasonable. I have had to replace tires and have walked in without an appointment and have always been taken care of (not like some other places). My last visit I had a nail in my tire and even though they were very busy they took care of me quickly. I will continue to use them for my tires. read more

WORST place to go if your a women. I went to the Holly Springs location to see if they could help me replace the valve to a tractor tire. They looked me up and down and then looked at the tire and didn't even let me say anything just pointed to the door and said we don't order those tires. They didn't even let me explain what my problem was they just assumed I'd go in there to buy a replacement. Like I don't know tractor supply would help me with a replacement for a TRACTOR tire. I went down the street to Carroll's tire, went in they let me explain my problem first and then they inspected the tire took a look at it and told me to give them a few to see if they could do anything to help, next thing I knew they were coming out from the back with it fixed. Nice to know Just TIRES is limited in there skill work and have no decent customer service/respect for women. read more

Went there yesterday for the current sale with you buy 4 new tires get $79. The guy at the counter did everything in his power not to honor the discount. I really feel cheated and should have drove the extra 15 miles to Apex. Arrived for an appointment and the manager at the desk did not acknowledge anyone else while he carried on a long conversation with another customer. This may sound minor, but waiting behind someone for 15 min just to check in told me that they would not provide speedy service or great customer service. I found another place while searching my phone during my check in wait and left. Manager at the desk didn't even notice my departure. Forgot to mention there was the one customer in the entire waiting area excluding myself. I made an appointment three days ago for a tire rotation. I got there on time and an hour later and my car had not been moved. I asked how much longer and they told me I would be next... still no idea when that would be. I noticed two of the four bays had been closed and remained chained off another 30 minutes. At this point, I had enough and asked for my key. Of course, no apology and seemed more enthusiastic about getting rid of an appointment to lighten their load. I might like the tires they sell but the so called "free" lifetime rotation comes with at least 1hr 15 min of frustration every visit. Don't waste your time at the Holly Springs location unless you like watching TV and drinking coffee all day. Customer service is non-existent. read more

I had a slow leak in a tire caused by a nail. I took it to Just Tires in Holly Springs. They told me the nail was in the side wall and not repairable. Since my 2014 Pilot was a 4 wheel drive, they told me I had to replace all 4 tires - they quoted $1116 for comparable tires. I called my Honda dealer. They said I only needed to replace 2 tires and their price was 15% less. I took it to Honda and they were able to remove the nail and patch the tire. It was not in the sidewall, though fairly close. The only thing these guys got right was taking my money for the new set of tires. 1. Had to take car back next day because they mounted the tires incorrectly which cause a huge vibration. 2. Purchased hazard protection. About 4 weeks after install I had a slow leak which caused my car to give indication. I filled it back up to manufacturer level. Week later same "low pressure" indicator from my car, and I verified it with my tire gauge. I stopped by shop to schedule an appointment and I specifically told the Manager "I'm glad i purchased the hazard protection,I know it will take a couple days to get the tire from your warehouse so let's make the appointment a couple days from now." I drop it off days later for the appointment and the same Manager told me "that's not how our protection works, we will try to plug it first". I cannot stand people who do NOT listen and thus cause mis communication. But I left my car there regardless, cause what am I suppose to do. I'm subject to their customer service at this point. 3. Got the call my car was ready but they could NOT find the leak. I informed the woman that was unacceptable. She indicated the Manager would call me. 4. Manager called and said "let's just put on a new tire, we'll take care of you." Okay, scheduled another appointment. Dropped it off and got the call half a day later. "Oh, we found the leak this time, we fixed it." Again, if Manager says you get new tire (especially after all this hassle), then you should get a new tire. It just doesn't seem they have any level of communication as a company. Not even on paper. 5. So my tires have been plugged, and they return it to me half covered with this rubbery, shiny, tar like substance. So I have brand new $1250 set of tires and one looks like complete crap. Looks like the compound was applied by a finger. Took pictures and drove to store, showed guy working there what my tire looked like and informed him "this can't be how you return vehicles to your customers." He agreed, and told me he would have Manager call me. This was about a month ago, I have not heard from the Manager. Since the tire is fixed and I spent an hour in 95 degree temp peeling this black glossy compound off my tire to where it looks okay I simply don't care if he calls me back. This is by far the worse retail experience I've had in Holly Springs. Usually our stores are pretty good and take good care of you. But this place is OFF my list. I won't even get my oil changed at the place next door. I don't even want to look at store front of Just Tires. read more

Spent $700+ on new tires to send wife, kid and grandbaby to Atlanta safely. Good news is they chose another one of our vehicles for the trip.Wife drives less than 50 miles after returning from ATL. Says its making noise and she doesn't feel safe. Exchange vehicle and take it for a drive. Well....she was right....something wrong. Took it to Just Tires in Holly Springs (where I had the tires and alignment done), told the manager it sure seems like the front drivers side tire was loose. He went on to explain how that's not possible as they torque all lugs after service. Hummmm....Ok I go home, crawl under vehicle looking for issues and check wheel lugs. I could turn 4 of 5 lugs with my fingers. Good thing is I found it and my family didn't take the long ride to Atlanta in that vehicle. We may have well had another conversation with my attorney about negligence. I made the manager aware of my findings and he torqued all lugs to specifications. I have tried to patronize this business as it's close and convenient. I just don't see the value add and don't trust them any longer. I've had issues in the past with Customer Service being crap and I'm just done. No more......One more thing....manager was there by himself @ 9:30 as his "morning guy" didn't make it in. He called someone else to come in but the guy wouldn't be there until and hour or so.....tough way to win the business of locals....consider me DONE read more
