So I searched about and found NTB stood for Now That's Business! Sorry, I failed at being funny too...moving on. Easy to find, nice and clean. A guy met me outside and shuffled me in to discuss my options. He recommended a different brand of tire widdershins to the dealer's, which were wearing down at 35k miles. I agreed, he quoted me at $1100, estimating 75k miles, alignment included, and I was off to relax in the waiting room. The chairs could be updated, but still not bad. It was roomy, with about five other customers milling about. I took a seat and played on my phone for an hour. What this scene severely lacks is something interesting, like background music. Nitpicking, though. That guy called me back to the register and I paid. What I appreciated most about him was his superb service. The gentleman was knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He even wiggled out a $50 discount for me. I mean...what a shame you other folks had bad times at this spot. I'd definitely return if I qualifying car needs. But okay, one thing I can complain about. Though they had customer wifi, the speed was laughably bad. But, whatever.

He was going to charge almost $900 for tires and installation. I bought them elsewhere for $98/each. Benny said he'd install them, just bring them in. When I showed up, he "changed his mind" and said he wouldn't install them! I asked why, and he first said, "You're blocking other customers" (no one else was there). Then he said, "I've only got two guys working" (they were sitting in front of a fan with no other work). Finally, he admitted, "You didn't buy your tires from me." Went down the street to Fuquay Tire and Automotive. GREAT guys. FAST, courteous service. CHEAPER than Benny's. No hassles, no problems -- LOVE these guys. We'd been going to Benny's for years, and spent thousands of dollars in truck, camper, and boat trailer tires. And that's how they repay loyal customers? No, thanks.
