Anyway RainSoft salesman came VERY PROFESSIONAL and friendly. He tested our water and it was hard and had chlorine and what not. After all the testing he pulls out the paperwork with prices on water filtering systems rainsoft has, ranging from $5,999-$7,999 which to us is alot of money. We said no but salesman INSISTED and INSISTED almost like if we had to pick a system. Felt very uncomfortable after like the 5th time. I understand its hes job as a salesman but WE WERE NOT AWARE THAT A COMPANY WAS GOING TO COME AND TEST OUR WATER WITH INTENTIONS TO SALE US A SYSTEM. PLEASE RAINSOFT ADVISE AND MAKE IT CLEAR.
