(Piece of advice, do NOT buy GE water softener, it's a piece of c%$p) I called them for service and the owner said he would call me back the following week but he never did. His tone of voice made me feel like he though I was quick to call the company without making sure the problem came from their equipment. After I double-checked to make sure where the water was dripping from, I explained it to the employee, but he continued to lecture me and questioned the information I was giving him. Very poor customer service (if any). It's too bad I found out after financing thousands of dollars with this company. It almost feels as if they don't care about the customer since we already signed the contract. I am happy with the equipment but am very dissatisfied with the customer service.
