Another locksmith from another company came, charged a consulting fee & told me that my lock has a non-standard cylinder & cannot be re-keyed. Igor agreed to come to take a look. Somehow, someone had locked our restroom door at our office building and we could not find the key. For more than a week we were restroom-less and we even accidentally damaged a bit of the door jamb trying to get it open.
