[Parking & other notes]: Parking was easy within the strip mall. The brick-and-mortar is cash only but Zelle is also accepted. [Service]: I was greeted by an old gentleman who doesn't speak too much English (prefer Vietnamese) but knew enough words to get my service completed. I asked to change battery (and also pointed batteries on the display case) and he was able to replace it in less than 5 minutes. The total ended up to be $7. These people are beyond excellent...knowledge, follow through, timeliness, notifying you of time window changes, work and most of all, when they come out to see you they are super professional and polished. Way way beyond what you would expect. I actually reached out to 20 different locksmiths and they ranged from "we don't do that car" even though the website says they do to "How much did you want, you must be kidding?" to giving little to zero confidence that they could even do the job successfully. Fortunately I was referred to ING by a company that no longer worked on my car and that was a great recommendation. Sean the owner is a super cool guy too and great to talk to. I would have loved to go out and hang out with him. Emily, the administrative assistant, is totally on the ball with communication and follow through. The work was superior and on time. The cherry on top was the polish and professionalism. Heck, they would not even meet me IN the garage but stayed at the outside line of the garage door!
