    The "blue French tips"

The completely messed up my nails. I asked for a simple blue French tip in dip powder and instead I got half blue nails no where near a French tip. They then charged me $150. Thankfully when I showed how awful the nails were and after a lot of pushing they gave me a refund. I had been going there for 10 years and will never ever go back again.

Best pedicure and manicure I've gotten in Denver. Seriously. Zero exaggeration. Nelly was the absolute best. she was so patient, meticulous, and kind. She hand painted a difficult design and didn't stop smiling one time. I will ABSOLUTELY be back. This will be my go to nail salon from now on, thank you Nelly!!! added some photos of my nails with the inspiration photo I showed Nelly - she killed it !!! (I wanted the darker blue)

Great service, and I love my nails. And i love my nails. While the nails are drying you get a shoulder massage. Awesome all the way around.

I was in dire need of a gel manicure while running errands in the Cherry Creek area today and stumbled upon this establishment after parking my car. Upon entering I was immediately seated and attended. The first manicurist I had who filed down my gel polish seemed like she was rushing the service and immediately attended another customer once a younger manicurist was available. Luckily, the second manicurist named Ari was more of a perfectionist as she took her time with each individual nail and attended to every cuticle, bump and crease of my nail. Once Ari was finished with my nails I couldn't help but marvel at how perfect she left them - every bump I had in my natural nail was buffed and the polish was perfectly placed on my nails, still gleaming in the light hours later. If it wasn't for Ari I would have easily rated this establishment 4 stars, but her services were impeccable. Update: Came back again and wasn't able to have Ari do my nails. Had a new nail technician and wasn't impressed at all. I had bubbles left in my shellac manicure and my toes are decent at best. Asked for a shellac manicure and toe polish change, and ended up spending $50+ dollars. Not worth it for the price. Definitely depends on your nail technician.

I came in looking for an American manicure, it's kind of like the French tip, but more subtle. After showing a photo, the woman said she can do it. She was very thorough with my cuticles and the nails came out great! I highly recommend this place. I would not go when you are in a rush or time crunch, however. They get busy and you might be waiting for 10-15 minutes, even with an appointment. They are definitely worth it though!

I really needed a mani/pedi for bridal pictures this weekend but I couldn't get out of work this week... So I called a day before I went to the salon and asked if I could make an appointment for 6:15pm for a mani/pedi. They said they only do walk-ins but 6:15 was fine. I showed up at 6:05 and they gave me so much grief that I said we could do mani only, but they assured me that they could do both. The lady rushed on my pedi, and I realized later that evening that she scraped my skin off with the callous file! I know they can't autoclave those so I don't know how they clean them... and it's super painful with any shoes I wear. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the tech who did my mani (Jin, I think) did absolutely amazing!!!! But this is suuuuper painful and I just hope my foot doesn't get infected. Not sure if I will come back.

I got the best gel manicure I've ever had here. It lasted 3 weeks with no chipping - enough said!!! Can't wait to go back.

The best pedicure we have had in Denver, and one of the best we've had in any city at a reasonable price too.

This owner is clearly unwell, who would do something like that. Tech did not spend 20-25 minutes. It was a 10 minute service. Even she said as I was checking out that I should just be billed for a polish change. The tech filed 2 nails for 30 seconds. I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. When I asked them to call the owner back to confirm I was being charged for a service I didn't receive, the owner didn't pick up nor text her worker back. After waiting for 10 minutes I just paid so I could leave. Not a good way to run a business.

I came in with almond shape and just asked to have them shorter, but the same shape. Every time they did it, the shape was not almond, the nails were not even in length, and all around, they could not get them right. The gel application was also poor quality, once it was so thick it looked like plastic and I had to push them to redo it for free, another time it started to peal after 3 days. When you pay a lot of money for a gel manicure, I expect a great outcome. I'm sure they have technicians who know what they are doing, but I want to come in, relax, and get a great manicure.

However, I have multiple knicks/cuts on a 3-4 fingers. They really hurt. It was also the first time my gel manicure ever peeled. While they did fix it for free, the quality has changed. I am disappointed as this is not my usual experience at the nail spa. I've also noticed that the prices increase recently. I have had to find another salon for my needs. I will forever miss Sammy!

The new owner immediately raised prices significantly. $35 for a basic manicure that takes twenty minutes is very steep when you consider the total to be $40+ with tip. It was nice while it lasted but it is a good time to find a more reasonably priced salon. Like so many things in Denver now, the juice ain't worth the squeeze anymore. I am sure this salon will continue to do well in this location provided the nails techs continue to be excellent. And it would be a good idea for the new ownership to get to know the clientele. The previous owner cultivated a wonderful environment which contributed to her success.
