The owner, John, told me to bring the vehicle on Thursday morning at 8:00 am and to leave it and they would work it in. When I called to say that I would be dropping the vehicle at 8 but would need to be dropped off nearby, he could not remember anything from my visit and said that his first appointment was the following Tuesday.
