And treat myself, I did. I enjoyed a serene spa pedicure with polish of a sparkly purple color by OPI called "Feel the Chemis-tree!" Two days later, during Thanksgiving meal prep, part of my right thumb's nailpolish lifted (vegetable peeling) and I panicked. When I arrived, I was told that someone else would do my pedicure, which turned out fine because while I was sat with Nancy at my toes, Heather started the gel removal process on my fingernails. Heather was very friendly and chatty, and I could tell that she had a lot of regular clients in her salon, as she greeted many people by name.
