There are more than enough seats to accommodate a lot of people and great options on whatever you choose. I have been using Michelle for a long time and I don't like it when I have to use anyone else. She gives the best foot/calf massages and always is a great help when I'm indecisive about what color I want to use. The prices are reasonable and I will continue to encourage all my friends to come.

Definitely call ahead, because there have been times I've called and couldn't get appointments when I wanted them. I think if you're a week out it's pretty safe, but since we were a couple days out we couldn't get appointments at 1 p.m. and had to go with 11 a.m. instead. Since we were 11 a.m. I had a busy morning and rushed out without coffee. I asked if they had coffee and they do, but it's powder from a package. Therefore, it is already sweetened with creamer and sugar. It was a little too sweet for me, so next time I know I need to bring my coffee. I really enjoy the decor of the place, it has a lot of glitter (which I love) and tons of greys and blue. They really like this dog training show and play it on the TV. It's a random thing to notice, but I miss when they played the home improvement shows. However, since I was there with my sister we were busy chatting instead. Their no frills pedicure (which is still great) is $33, which I think is a great deal. I feel like my feet were pampered and I have a new color that stays on pretty long. Overall I really like this place and I'll keep coming back for pedicures. If you have an appointment they are pretty on the ball about making sure they see you on time.

I love a super hot foot soaking so being there for that long, I was ready for a water change. The salon is very clean and everything seemed in order with their tools being cleaned and sealed in their plastic wraps. Though busy, I didn't feel like they were rushing to get me outta the chair which is important. I have been to several nail salons that you feel rushed and don't get the normal treatment when they are busy which sucks because it's not like the price of the service goes down when the service level does.

When I arrived, I was told that someone else would do my pedicure, which turned out fine because while I was sat with Nancy at my toes, Heather started the gel removal process on my fingernails. Heather was very friendly and chatty, and I could tell that she had a lot of regular clients in her salon, as she greeted many people by name. Needless to say, I was devastated to learn she was no longer there... and I was left underwhelmed when I got a manicure from someone else there. That meant I was on the hunt for a new nail salon that lets you make online appointments... and let me tell you, I am SO glad I found Trina and Ruby's! The first thing I noticed was how every person in there seemed to be a regular. Whenever someone walked in the door, they were greeted by name. Having previously gone to a GIANT salon, where only the nail tech I was loyal to knew my name, this was quite a different experience. I had booked a dip manicure and gel pedicure with Ruby, who was still finishing up with another client, so another person started the process of removing the old dip from my nails. Ruby then took over, and was so sweet and welcoming. She explained how, even though their colors were from all different brands, they always use OPI for the base and top coats because it lasts so much longer. I was glad to hear it, because I know that from personal experience! In the end, I was blown away by how beautiful my nails looked. The nail tech did a great job and it was only $30 for the classic pedicure plus tips.
