Words can't describe how much I love TT nails, I see Mia normally but genuinely everyone here is very accommodating and great at what they do! I just received the best nail service I've experienced in over 13 years of living in Sarasota! The past few years, I've found myself dreading having my nails done because I never seem to be in love with my nails after spending several hours in the salon. I'm so happy I finally found a place I can be excited about going to. Lauren did my pedicure. I chose the Deluxe with gel polish, and needed acrylic on one nail to add some length where it had broken on the corner. She was so detailed and took her time making sure everything was perfect, and the massage was next-level. Ivy did the polish on my toes and also did my nails. I chose an acrylic fill with pink and white acrylic blended into ombré. I asked for them to be a little less rounded and more pointy than they were before. She literally did exactly what I asked for, and they turned out perfect. Both Ivy and Lauren were super personable and took time throughout the services to check with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails looked. When it was time to pay, Ivy even broke down my total and explained the charge for each service and add-on without me asking - I think because I mentioned earlier that it was my first time there - but I thought it was a nice thing to do, and most salons don't bother to explain things like this. The prices were very fair - maybe a little more than the place I usually go - but 100% worth every single penny. Lastly, availability is a big factor for me when choosing salons, since I work long hours. This salon is open on Sundays and I was able to book my appointment the day before. I've gotten full sets a couple times now from Alex. The place is always extremely clean, especially during the pandemic. There is plexi between client and technician, they have hand sanitizer, everyone is masked, and there are minimal people in there at one time despite the capacity. As for the nails themselves, it seems no matter what I show Alex he can do it. And while the designs are awesome, what is really important is that he does clean, even, thin acrylics that look like my natural nails but better. Each time they've lasted me up to four weeks, which is impressive! Everyone there is super friendly and I feel relaxed when I'm there. Every time I leave I end up getting instant compliments on my nails wherever I go! The worst manicure I've ever had. My nails barely even look like I have a manicure. There are still parts of the cuticle left to trim and the nails were barely buffed. She also didn't let me go wash my hands before she put on the hand lotion, so she was rubbing in everything that had been done prior; i.e. nail dust, etc. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. read more

A little upset with my last visit. I usually see Tina and this time and I just walked in. This salon tends to be very slow so I didn't think walking in would be an issue. I had a young gentleman do my pedicure. I had gel previous on my toes when Tina offered it last time. Before I went in I tried removing as much as the gel on my toes. I probably had about 5 toes left that had gel on them. I had my pedicure done and picked out a darker color for fall. I had to ask the gentleman to use the scrapper for my foot (Tina always does it) and he wasn't as detailed as she usually is. No problem - I get everyone works differently. At the end as I give my money he then proceeds to tell me that it costs an extra $5 to remove my gel polish that they originally put on. I was honestly shocked. In the 15 years I've been getting my nails done I have never been charged to remove gel, EVER. I didn't argue but to be I don't think that's called for. You charged me extra to put it on and now you charge me to remove it? Anyways I left the salon and about 3 hours later I look down and 2 of my toe bails had chipped off with color, not to mention my nail polish is extremely dull. I'm thinking instead of putting the top coat on he may have accidentally put the base back one. I'm a little upset bc I've referred a couple people to this salon since I always notice it's not busy. If you don't get Tina I suggest you try somewhere else. read more
