I've been a client of Julie for a couple of years. She is the best in Sarasota! If you love a beautiful and classic pink & white dipped nail. Her pedicure's are fabulous! You must see Julie at Pink Petal!

Okay I'm obsessed with my nails done by Veronica today. I'm having a wedding in two days, and she did a phenomenal gel manicure with a design as well as a pedicure. In terms of the facilities, the space was super open and well ventilated. Everything seemed to be pretty new and well maintained. For instance, the UV lamps were super clean, compared to other salons that I've seen that have a lot of nail polish on them. Also, I loved the selection of complementary drinks that they had in their fridge. They even had a little jar of candy at one of the stations (Halloween is in a few days). For the pedicure, she spent so much time making sure it turned out amazing. I appreciated that she didn't rush through it. The hot stones were also a nice surprise and they felt so amazing. For the gel manicure, I showed her an inspiration photo from Pinterest and she was so patient trying to find the right colors to match it. She made me feel super comfortable (usually I'm too shy to be honest about feedback). I absolutely love how it turned out! This is definitely my go to nail salon now anytime I'm in town!

Eeekkkkk!!!! I got my nails done for a weekend of activities that involve a lot of photos. I found a photo and brought it to Andrea asking if she could make something similar work with my nails. I let her know what my concern is with my nail that grows with a split, then she let me know what would be a good solution to the issue. She did a fantastic job. This place is the worst! I don't know how it has so many stars. First they lied to me about the price of a pedicure and manicure on the phone, then decided to tell us the real price when we questioned it in person, AFTER our feet were in the water. We had 3 pedicures and 2 manicures done. The pedicures were the worst I have ever seen. The ladies who did mine and my daughter's had no clue what they were doing at all. Its like they just pulled people off the street with no training. The lady doing my daughters took hours for a pedicure and manicure (3 hours) which was basic no gel or acrylic. The lady who did my pedicure picked the dirty towels up and dripped them all over my legs after I was done. Pissed is an understatement. My mother's manicure is already chipping and and we just got back home 2 hours ago and her pedicure looks like a kindergartener has done it. This place should be shut down with all the fuckery. I will never step foot in here again and I hope no one else does either. Aliyah did my daughters and Ashley did mine. read more

I set an appointment for mine and daughters nails and pedicure for my wedding. My daughters nails looked exactly like the pictures they showed their nail tech but mine were disappointing and the nail tech simply gave up. read more

I've been coming here for a long time now and I have to reiterate how absolutely amazing this salon is. Clean, relaxing, and always welcoming. I walked in tonight very last minute after having a double nail emergency. They are closed on Sundays and when I had a dog at my job break one of my nails last Saturday, I visited a different salon because I was in a pinch. I wasn't very happy with my service there and ended up having a different nail crack less than a week later so needed to come back to my tried and true. As my poorly done dip powder was being removed, it became clear to me that the other salon had damaged my nails by not properly prepping and applying the dip powder. Andrea took her sweet time and care to make sure she could not only save my natural nails, but made sure they were back to their beautifully done appearance after reapplying dip powder. She is seriously the best and while truly anyone you see at this salon does a beautiful job I have to give extra special props to Andrea for the extra work she put in for me. She's done my nails many many times since she started working here and they are always perfect, but tonight I am feeling extra grateful. Thank you Andrea!!! read more

Ive gone here multiple times but this past time I got a full set of acrylics and they just started popping off after a week while I was showering. I have been having some family issues so I wasn't able to call or go in the store. So I called the establishment a week and a half later and said they can't fix them or refund me because it being over the week mark. I have lost 4 nails after a week and a half and I start my first day of senior year tomorrow. I have also been getting acrylics for 3-4 years now and this has never happened before. I 100% do not recommend this nail salon. read more

I have PCOS and the hair on my chin and jaw line was fully grown out. Issues: Brows were waxed with no tweezer shaping. I get my brows done regularly and this was the least amount of effort I've had anyone put into them. I asked for a feminine arch and there was none. The hair on my chin and jawline was not adequately removed. I was told that this is to be expected due to it being my first facial wax; and that there would be hairs that were too thick to be removed by the wax, but if I kept up with the procedures every four weeks the hair will eventually become thinner. The aesthetician plucked some of the long hairs remaining by hand but not all of them... When I got to my car I could feel long hairs around my chin and jaw line that could have easily been removed by the tweezers. I went back inside and told her I wanted them removed and that that it was pointless for me to have paid all this money and sat through that much pain to have long hairs hanging off my face. She took me back and removed more of the remaining hairs by hand. Now that I'm home I realize she did not wax my upper lip, which should have been included in the full face waxing that I paid for. The hairs there are very visible. There are also still long hairs remaining around my side burn and chin area. The peach fuzz on my cheeks and side burns are still there and it looks no different from when I walked into the salon. All in all it felt like a very rushed, unprofessional job. Only about 90% of the hair on my face was removed. I wish I would have caught that she forgot to do my upper lip and either gotten a refund or a third fix up, although going in a second time was exhausting enough. I would not return here again. Positives? The facial mask was nice and very soothing on the skin.

Such a delightful experience!!! I went with my mother in law (she just had a brain aneurysm a couple of months ago), and everything was smooth as silk. We were taken back immediately, and seated for our pedicures. The process was a bit slow, but very much worth it. The technicians were friendly, attentive, and were very helpful to my mother in law. When it came time to get our nails done, they helped her over to the table, and got her set up. They did such a wonderful job. They were quick to offer us water when we got there, and again when we moved. They're a bit pricey, but they've only been open 6 months, and you get what you pay for. Everything was clean, and thee instruments were taken out of wrappings, so they were sterile. That's comforting in the current social atmosphere. read more
