The dumpling was sitting in some green oil (assuming this was scallion + cilantro oil, but it was very mild). There are a ton of garnishes on here that just seem unnecessary though (radish, fennel, tomatoes, Chile pepper). Green Beans - The look and the texture was what I expected. Not seasoned enough for me. Beijing Noodles - Same issue with the Green Beans - not seasoned enough. A ton of scallions and in my opinion not enough ground meat and cucumber. The Dumpling Time menu is non-traditional, but we picked mostly traditional items. Oddly enough, there was Chinese on the sign outside, but none on the menu. If you're looking for interesting fillings that you wouldn't find at a normal restaurant, I think you have a good argument to try Dumpling Time.
