I could tell they are short staffed as the drive in order board was full, flashing red and the gentleman at the front was moving frantically everywhere. I was patient with our wait time to order, receiving our meal fairly quickly. There was a displaced gentleman at the table next to us. I noticed him noticing our food as we passed by with the meal. With no wait time to order, I placed an order to give to the gentleman. I told the cashier the meal was for the man at the table. Twenty-five minutes later, receipt of time from when I paid, the man still was sitting without food. I went to the register, with five others waiting this time. I was never acknowledged nor was the delayed order. I asked why the extreme wait time while others were being served. Fifteen minutes later he collected my receipt and began to make the order. This location is not in our immediate vicinity or a place we frequent so I am not much concerned. I am concerned about the lack of immediacy we received that the displaced man did not. Money is money, service is service, a person is a person and overall we each deserve respect when it is in the absence of disrespect. I hope this location does better by providing staff with greater support for the amount of traffic they receive.
