Victor has been unreachable, had not giving any update in 1.5 months. had to physically drop off my…read moreinformation as i was told my emails were not coming through. was supposed to be contacted within several days. nothing has been filed, i have not been contacted about anything further needed from me. now i am being told to set up more appointments, that are charged, to ask Victor to submit the paperwork that has already been requested. Victor seems very friendly but seems more interested in convincing clients to make unnecessary appointments than doing his job.

They communicate through email which for elderly people or anyone not checking their email through out the date slows every thing down. Then every time they need to move forward with things we hired them for they wait around for a response and more payments. Which you won't even know about unless you constantly check your emails , horrible follow up. This company knows how much filing fees cost, so if anything include all fees in the total and be upfront about everything. So your customers are not getting delays from you guys because we didn't see an email asking for payments. This is by far the worst service I've ever used, they're a complete rip off that Nickle and dime you for everything after already over paying them upfront . I'll consider updating my review if anything changes which I doubt.
