I called them and they said they'd order me a new underglow light strip and never called me back. These clowns left a facebook post with my Harley and the caption of "came into the shop not running and left here running g like a champ ". Not true at all. My Harley left there with a sissy bar, still not running properly and has a cut wire!! If they don't know you, they will try getting over on you. We do not recommend this place at all! read more

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take your Ducati to this mechanic. I thought I could save a little money and take it to a small shop and give them business in return and that was my first mistake. It was more like the owner Peter saw it as an opportunity to work somebody out of a good amount of cash. He will take advantage of the situation and try and dominate the conversation by cutting you off mid sentence when he is done listening to what you are saying. I spent over $2,600 and brought my bike back 4 times and it still has the same problem. And Peter and his son Sean's reasoning is "that's just how Ducatis run". An "easy out" for his and his shop's incompetent work. The only reason I brought it back was because I had a warranty on the parts but that means nothing when they don't know how to work on Ducatis. Sure, they can work on a Ducati but that doesn't mean they can fix them. Imagine going on a ride ANYWHERE and having your bike leave you stranded and having to get it towed. Even the tow truck driver said he has never towed somebody's bike more than mine for the same problem. If you own a Ducati, bite the bullet and take it to an actual Ducati mechanic. I hope this review helps anyone thinking of going to this shop. And for the record, I am only stating facts, nothing I said is untrue. read more

Sorry but I have to give this place a 1 star. When I first met the owner and the mechanics, they seemed like very genuine dudes and easy going, which they are. There work is very good as well however, I don't think they have integrity. I say this as I recently got a lot of work done due to damage caused by someone tipping my bike over. Anywho, this is the story: I took my bike in for tank, side fairing, windshield, and rear brake pad replacements. The tank, windshield, and side fairing were damage in a tip over and the rear pads just need to be replaced. Mind you this, I waited 3 months to fix everything due to insurance not wanting to pay out for so long, so I knew about all the damages on my bike....I had to look at it for 3 months. In addition, I did tell them to make sure the rear brakes work after replacing the pads as they are very mushy (will come into play later). Spoke with the owner and he is great to conversate with. Told me we can get all this replaced for 1400 which was not a bad deal. They did the work, along with air filter and throttle body cleaning (which is excellent as more power has been given back to my bike!). I picked up the bike 3 weeks later and I was excited. The work seemed awesome and bike sounds very clean! As such, I was very distracted....... I paid, grab the keys, and went home. On my way home, realized the brakes are still mushy! But i said screw it, doesn't bother me as much as the pads are replaced and my front brakes worked well. I just have to pump the back brakes for now (to make them work) until I bring it back in to get it looked at. Got home, place the bike inside the garage, and went inside to enjoy the rest of my evening. Came out the next day, and bam!.... notice the damage. (See pictures) My rear fairing is completely cracked, clean. No fallen damage or anything. Nothing that can be caused by a rider riding nor a drop. However, looks like someone over torque the screw, cracking the fairing and when I rode, the wind might have cracked it completely. I don't know. I do know that I DID NOT have this damage before I dropped it off. Even the insurance company I was working with agrees as they showed me the pictures. Also, keep in mind I was fixing dents and scratches so you would think I would have gotten that fix. The insurance even gave me more than what was damaged, so nothing would come out of my pocket essentially. So how did it get damaged? Of course, the shop denies it and I know I didn't do it. I know its hard to prove who did, as I should have done a proper inspection on the bike, so I guess we will never know. The shop offered to go halves on the cost. I agreed but that is the last time I heard from them and it's been 2 weeks ago. So I guess it's not happening. Hence why I am writing this review. In my opinion, if a shop has excellent customer service, then they should fix the damage themselves. They would make the cost back real quick because I would have been a repeated customer. This is Business 101, seriously I am not joking....guess why Amazon, Target, and other large companies do so well....customer service. If a shop ever thought about this, they would smoke the competition. But, unfortunately, all of them are mom and pops and only think in the short run. I had high hopes for this shop but yet again, another terrible place. So in conclusion, they lack integrity. read more

(My bad if I misspelled your names) Normally when I walk into 605 the first person to greet me is Sean. He's a super cool mellow dude & very helpful. I've brought in my groms & fz here & I've always felt like he's gone the extra mile to help me out with things I may not have too much knowledge about. I really appreciate you doing that for me. My guy Peter. I really want to say thank you for helping me out last minute. My grom needed some maintenance done with super short notice & to be honest if it wasn't for Peter & the 605 crew I wouldn't have been able to make a desert trip I was going to the following day. I know it can't always happen that way but man was I thankful. Thanks for squeezing me in on such short notice I know you guys didn't have to but I'm very grateful you did I also wanted to make note that I acknowledged the extra gestures they did on my grom It's basically falling apart & is being held by zip ties haha but I wanted you guys to know I noticed my blinker wasn't dangling anymore & the screw you put in on my handlebars to keep the brake lever in place & for removing my jacked up peg savers off my rear sets lol I know those little bastards weren't easy to come off but again THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been meaning to post this, I have been going to these guys for years now! From their previous location to this one. Usually just brought it in my motorcycles for regular routine maintenance. I've brought in my previous bike, the 2012 Yamaha FZ6R, before it was totaled. But more recently my 2015 Yamaha Bolt R-Spec & 2015 Yamaha FZ-07. However, in September I crashed my Yamaha FZ-07. The front tire and forks were broken clean off, had to get that replaced. Along with a long laundry list of things it needed fixed just to be in good riding condition. The frame was luckily without a scratch so I was able to fix it, they double checked. It cost about $1,800 in parts and labor. I had it stored in my garage till I saved up to fix it but when I got there all I needed was a down payment till it was fixed and needed to get it towed in. I had to pay a deposit of $600 for the cost of the ordered and delivered parts before I could drop it off. The bike was on pallets so it made it difficult for them to store. However, they made dropping off the bike easy, just had it dropped by a flatbed when they opened and had the parts. They had a gated area for drop off so there tow truck guy dropped it off pretty easily and they started working on it. It only took a about a week for it to be done after that. I'd say the whole process took a couple weeks to a month. If you combine parts being ordered and delivered which is out if their control so that's okay. Then fixing it was quick, maybe a couple days but due to the heavy rain at the time of it being fixed I couldn't pick it up till like an additional week or two. Again, out of their control. Overall, very satisfied with the work done on the bike, communication with updates, and general knowledge and explanation of the process. Ridiculous up-charge on labor, they charged $64 dollars just to change one tire on my friends Honda paddle, and then threw an extra $70 bucks onto my bill because they had to switch out my air filter. The base price for a service was $210. Mine came out to $280 because they switched out my air filter, how could you charge a labor fee to replace something you were already checking out, makes no sense at all. Just because your not getting the business you want, does not mean you get to charge people a stupid amount for little things. read more

The guys here scratched my rims while doing a simple tire mounting and balancing (white scrape marks on black rims ) they also didn't fully tighten my chain adjustment bolts at the end of the swing arm . I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THROWN OFF MY BIKE AND KILLED BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! The chain adjustment bolt was bent into the swing arm and barely hanging on when it finally came to my attention ! Please don't bring your bike here if you care at all about your life or your motorcycle ! Look elsewhere for services !!! read more

You know that feeling, when a shop manager cares almost as much about your project as you do? I didn't either, until I found 605 Motorsports. From day 1 over the phone, Sean has been absolutely fantastic. He listened, explained, and asked questions. He truly cares about getting our bikes patched up and road worthy, and you can tell. I have an 04 r1 that had been sitting for a decade, after consulting with another shop locally I thought the bike was not worth what it would have taken to get it in riding shape. But after speaking with Sean, he thought different and I started to believe him, so I brought the bike in. Over the coarse of this entire process the team has been fantastic, they communicated with me regarding each step, which there were many. They were patient with my questions. requests, and concerns when they arose, and they got the work done in a timely manner but I could tell they weren't rushing the process. In my experience, unfortunately we seldom find a shop with great skill, integrity, and client servicing/communication - 605 has all 3, and thank god I found them. This will be my go-to shop for bigger jobs for life. They went literally above and beyond to make this bike what it is BECAUSE THEY CARE! They swapped out the old busted frame sliders for gods sake, I didn't even ask and was planning on having to do it later, and they threw on matching dowels at what seemed to be either very low to no additional cost to me. Guys and gals, I never leave yelp reviews, but I really believe in what this shop is doing. Providing an excellent service all around with integrity and thoughtfulness at a fair price point... what more can you ask for? I've visited this place twice and both times I've left unhappy. I first visited 605 for a simple oil change. Now when I'm in high RPM's around 80 mph the low oil indicator light blinks red. This was never happening before I took my bike to them. This left a bad taste in my mouth but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt for my decision on the 2nd visit. Recently my forks became unaligned due to a light spill I took. I decided to take my bike to them rather than the dealer out of convenience. 15 miles to the dealer vs 1 mil. Anyways, I get my bike back a day later and honestly I feel they could have done a better job. They told me they lined it up by eye and without a fork alignment tool. The forks still feel unaligned. They told me the bars are bent which they are clearly not. When I got home I doubled check their work and found 4 screws loose and 1 screw missing! Come on guys. Unprofessional. Definitely not coming back here. read more

Long story short, my bike was hit by another co worker with a company vehicle during Thanksgiving weekend last year. It was totally a hassle til finally the week before Christmas my company finally paid me for the damages (my company is self insured so they took forever). But finally i turned in my bike to Peter and his son on 01/02/15 to get fixed and waited for them to work on it. Work was completed and I picked it up on 01/06/15. Only minor issue was when Honda send the wrong color panels for my Cbr 250r, but to save time and prevent any more issues, we decided to put the black panels that were sent accidentally and in our opinion it actually looks even better. Everything is working perfect and my bike looks so much cleaner and louder with the new Yoshimura Exhaust pipe. Went in because a buddy spoke highly of this place and I gotta say I think I'll stick to the dealership from now on. I came in for a custom job. The motorbike was turned in to me with brake fluid spilled everywhere and a nut on the front fender was stripped in an effort to bend a bracket in completely misaligned. Now I have to replace a few OEM brackets and bolts. The entire job just seemed rushed and I have to pay for it, not cool. read more

My bike: 2011 gsxr 600. Dropped my bike which basically resulted in damaging the whole front end of the bike. With a friends recommendation, brought my bike here to be fixed. Filed a claim with my insurance (Progressive) and sure enough my bike was fully restored within 10 days, which is what the owner estimated it to be. This spot is a joke! If I could give negative stars I would!They don't try and help their community of riders. I went in a few weeks ago to patch my rear tire and the guy told me it would be $90. He stated "We'll yeah, what's in it for us?". When I tried to reason with him after calling around and finding out other shops usually charge between $45-$60. I let him know I live locally and wanted to give this shop some try. He repeated his self and stated "Go to one of those shops then". Pretty much shooed me away, This guy continue to have an attitude both times I spoke with him. Worst of all I believe he's the owners son, SMH!It's actually pretty sad to see they treat their customers this way but whatever, I took my business to Motorhelmets.
