What started off as a price-comparison visit, ended up with my partner driving off the lot with a 2026 GSXR 750 in a cool matte gray with blue detail and rims. Absolutely visually stunning and doesn't wake the neighbors when you start it. We were immediately greeted by a knowledgable associate that let us shop around and find what best fit our image with riding intention, usage, and of course, pricing. Ironically, the pricing is the part that had us sold first! The 2026 pricing was hard to beat. While we waited for the credit run, a second associate greeted us, not knowing we were already being helped. The staff were all so incredible and educated about their products. When we first received a difficult APR, the staff did not hesitate to provide options to afford the bike. I didn't expect them to run another APR quote that found us a deal that we couldn't beat (even though the first one was enough to get us started on the paperwork). Our experience couldn't have been better for a first time, fresh off the lot, motorcycle owner. I'll definitely be back to M.U. when it comes to buying MY bike! Everything was clean, quick, and to the point. If you have someone joining you on your purchasing adventure, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, Jenga, and seating area to be entertained. Could not be happier with Chris!!! We appreciate all ur patience. However, the owner Nate is why Im changing my review he was far less hospitable to us. We bought a brand new wave-runner and it had grease on the white seat, instead of saying we will clean that he said "well if you weren't in such a hurry we could have cleaned that for you! We were there for over 5 hours!!!! How were we in a hurry they literally turned the lights off and we were still signing papers, who was in the hurry?? He acted very pissed and angry with us while talking over the price of our trade in as well. I did not feel comfortable at all. But he should have at least cleaned the seat off for us when customers point it out and not say we were in a hurry which was not true. read more

I simply asked for an out the door price to my zip code and was given the run around and phone calls numerous times. I've since contacted the company on their site asking to speak to a manger and or owner with no avail. Oddly enough, got the OTD price (seen in text) 20 min after sending that request. I'll never do business here. Know who you're dealing with at this dealership, guys are a joke. I'd like to also add I was called today at 1:54 and instructed call me 30 min later. Posted my review here, and was told nothing they could do due to unfair post by me. So their management also fails to follow through with complaints. Not someone I'd want selling me a $10k investment or working on one. Seems like good integrity. The markup, on my 2025 Bolt must also be at least $1000. $8000 after the current rebate off MSRP and quoted $10,300 OTD. Let's ballpark TTR at $1000 so that's $1300. Avoid this place. read more

A couple of weeks ago I came in and spoke to Luis regarding a motorcycle ad on line, he went through the motions and showed me the bike, I let him know I was going out of the country for a week. I gave him an offer, he called and left a message that finance had some numbers on the first day I had left the states, by end of the day the bike was sold. I was never asked for a deposit and I told him I was interested in another brand that they didn't carry there. Through it all no options given and no follow up. What a waste of time. Will be going back to the other guys where I've bought 3. They definitely didn't want to sell anything. Just cause they have it in stock doesn't mean they want to sell it. I was shopping for my first bike, and to be honest, I don't know much about motorcycles, but I've been in sales for a long time. I visited a couple of other stores before coming across Moto United, and the experiences were disappointing. The first big store I went to in Redondo had terrible customer service and unhelpful salespeople. The second store, a Honda dealer in Carson, was even worse--completely dismissive with zero customer service. After a couple of frustrating attempts, I called a few friends for recommendations and was directed to Moto United. I was introduced to Eddie over the phone, and he did an amazing job explaining EVERYTHING to me, even though he wasn't sure if I was going to buy a bike. He took his time answering all my questions, no rush, just pure professionalism and genuine care. Eddie then introduced me to Justin at the La Habra location since I mentioned I was interested in a reliable Honda. Justin was incredible. He took the time to get to know me, my interests, and matched that to the type of bike I would need. After some great recommendations, I decided on the Honda Rebel 500 as my first bike--a personal choice that felt right because I had ridden a Rebel before and felt completely comfortable with it. But the experience didn't stop there. Justin helped me pick out custom gear, a sweet helmet, and bike accessories. He even showed me the bike straight out of the box. Everyone at this store was helpful, informative, and open to providing feedback and advice. It was clear to me that this was the place I would get my bike. Justin had no idea I was ready with a check or even if I was approved for financing, but he still took his time helping me with everything. He was pleasantly surprised when I told him I was taking the bike. The team gave me an amazing deal--better than any other store I checked with--and I knew right then that I had found my go-to spot. I'm the type of person who sticks with the same service providers for life--whether it's my barber, coffee shop, or mechanic. Now, I'm thrilled to add Moto United to my Rolodex. I just got it back, it's January 9th. I understand that these things take a while because of insurance and waiting for parts to ship. But those things were settled by December 10th. A MONTH AGO! (It was estimated to be a 4-day fix) At this point, I'm not even mad that it's taken this long because it's the holiday season. Plus, I want them to take their time and do the job right. I'm upset at the fact that in that month, I only received ONE update. I had to call them on two separate occasions, both of which I then find out there's some complications with the fix or the payment. It didn't seem like they had the urgency to get my bike back to me or at least let me know what's going on, more like they forgot about it. If I hadn't called, things wouldn't have gotten done. Wow, I rented a Slingshot from them for Memorial Day weekend and had a BLAST! Big shout out to Derek for the heads up about needing sunscreen. Drew, the Manager was super easy going and helpful when it came to deciding which one to rent. They learned pretty quickly I was a car guy and would have the most fun in the Slingshot R. They were right. I picked up a buddy and we shot down the coast from Long beach, through Huntington and down to Newport for lunch. I absolutely adore the service staff and parts department. I really appreciate the work that they did to help try and make my experience the best. We went through hell and back dealing with a difficult situation. I had my stolen and recovered motorcycle brought to them by the insurance company for inspection and repairs... thinking a smaller shop would pay greater attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the shop because of the repeated failure of attention to detail, and rushed work. Out of respect for the business I won't go into specific detail as to what the issues were because that's between me and moto United. What deserves 5 stars; The Service staff did everything they could to make sure concerns were addressed and they did the best to honor and own problems that were the fault of their mechanics. It's just unfortunate that I had to return to the shop 6+times for new issues. the service staff works extremely hard and unfortunately shoulder a lot of the concerns and have to make excuses for their mechanic's performance. Nicole was were very understanding and made every attempt to make things right and my experience a positive one. Again.. my concerns were addressed successfully... And that is the most positive aspect of the entire experience that I can provide feedback about. However, trust in the mechanic's workmanship diminished and I was left with a vehicle that needed more work and nobody to trust, forcing me to go elsewhere. The work was rushed and haphazard. mechs are over loaded with work, and evidence based evaluation suggests an unwillingness to follow standard operating procedure, read and follow service manual procedures, and conduct quality assurance testing before delivering their products to the customer. If the mechanics had performed a much better job in inspecting and repairing the stolen/recovered Motorcycle I would otherwise recommend this facility... Unfortunately... Sadly I cannot because the service staff really deserve awards for how well they shouldered, and tried to mitigate shortcomings of their team members.
