One of the best experiences I've ever had! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience I will definitely be coming back!

I have rented slingshots from this location for the past three years and I have always had great service. Andrew and his crew are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the SLINGSHOT. I recommend renting one for the day. It is an amazing ride, especially in the summertime.

I left an inquiry on their website and Ben reached back pretty quick. Really enjoyed the conversation as he wasn't pushy, he was actually interested in why I'm choosing it. He didn't pressure me to come into the dealer for better deals. Long story short, he sold me the bike before I even step foot in their store. He gave me prices, negotiated a very awesome deal and I said yes! Finally came to the store and my Yamaha R9 was in the middle of the floor waiting for me. The rest of the process was nice and easy going with everyone involved from finance to service. Just did my first oil changed too and the service team was good. I highly recommend this dealer if you want a great deal and even better customer service.

What started off as a price-comparison visit, ended up with my partner driving off the lot with a 2026 GSXR 750 in a cool matte gray with blue detail and rims. Absolutely visually stunning and doesn't wake the neighbors when you start it. We were immediately greeted by a knowledgable associate that let us shop around and find what best fit our image with riding intention, usage, and of course, pricing. Ironically, the pricing is the part that had us sold first! The 2026 pricing was hard to beat. While we waited for the credit run, a second associate greeted us, not knowing we were already being helped. The staff were all so incredible and educated about their products. When we first received a difficult APR, the staff did not hesitate to provide options to afford the bike. I didn't expect them to run another APR quote that found us a deal that we couldn't beat (even though the first one was enough to get us started on the paperwork). Our experience couldn't have been better for a first time, fresh off the lot, motorcycle owner. I'll definitely be back to M.U. when it comes to buying MY bike! Everything was clean, quick, and to the point. If you have someone joining you on your purchasing adventure, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, Jenga, and seating area to be entertained. The staff even gave us a little guidance about a safe "get to know your bike" area to ride down before hitting the Main Street. Besides motorcycles, they had a LARGE assortment of jet skis, Slingshots, and other recreational vehicles to view. We were recommended M.U. and I'll be recommending them myself from now on!

My husband and I celebrated 8 years married with a trip down PCH to Newport in this slingshot! The slingshot was so fun to drive and the acceleration was beyond impressive with the ability to make tight turns. If you are looking for a thrill and to spice it up, look no further than the slingshot experience. We heard the car is for sale too which is super exciting.

I just picked up a Yamaha 125R and I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're heading in, do yourself a favor and ask for Ben. From start to finish, he made the entire transaction completely seamless. He was professional, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of every detail to make sure everything went smoothly.Highly recommend this spot and specifically Ben if you want a straightforward, stress-free deal!

Appreciate Miguel Manuel for helping me get a new jet blaster pro. He was thorough and gave me the best discounts he could. Thanks for being caring on my experience as a customer.

    Text with a sales associate

This is how their staff texts potential customers. I work nights and help run a gym on the side. I simply asked for an out the door price to my zip code and was given the run around and phone calls numerous times. I've since contacted the company on their site asking to speak to a manger and or owner with no avail. Oddly enough, got the OTD price (seen in text) 20 min after sending that request. I'll never do business here. Know who you're dealing with at this dealership, guys are a joke. I'd like to also add I was called today at 1:54 and instructed call me 30 min later. Posted my review here, and was told nothing they could do due to unfair post by me. So their management also fails to follow through with complaints. Not someone I'd want selling me a $10k investment or working on one. Seems like good integrity. The markup, on my 2025 Bolt must also be at least $1000. $8000 after the current rebate off MSRP and quoted $10,300 OTD. Let's ballpark TTR at $1000 so that's $1300. Avoid this place.

If they don't just walk away. They gave me the price for the OTD, and I agreed to it. They had me go in on a Saturday morning at 11am. I also took my previous motorcycle in for a trade in. Please as a word of caution. THEY WILL SCREW YOU on your trade in. they will low ball, and refuse to give you anymore than the lowball. Knowing that your pretty much stuck at that point, and will most likely agree. I know that the motorcycle i traded in was worth at least 4k, but they forced my had at a much lower number than what i was asking. Next they required me to put a 500 dollar deposit on the motorcycle. I put the deposit down as required to "hold the quoted price" (keep this in mind). they did not apply it to the total of the motorcycle so they took that money. So if you do this, keep an eye on these guys. Next issue they also tried to pump up the price. as they were supposed to give me a discount on it since it was on sale. In total the cost of the bike was 8,898 quoted OTD. the paperwok they gave me was showing a final price of over 10K. Making it basically to they took the trade in for free, and charged me fore it, as well as raised the price on the bike. I looked it over as best as i could, and they were upset that i caught it, as well as appeared to be upset that the price was 8,898 OTD. They finally agreed after some arguing over numbers, and then gave me the 500 dollar discount i was supposed to get (keep in mind they still kept the 500 deposit that was supposed to be applied to the total of the motorcycle). The 500 dollar discount ended up having to go onto a gift card, as this was all discovered AFTER they already charged me and took my money. In total they kept me there for 3 hours as a cash deal no financing, and the experience was by far sub par. I have told everyone i know that this will forever be the last anything i buy form del amo motorsports. I even told the same guy that i wanted to buy my wife and kids a couple quads and a boat eventually down the road. Im not sorry for purchasing my motorcycle, but i am sorry i went to del amo motorsports just based of what felt like deceptive practices.

My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!

What a cool store/place!…read more The space here at Roland Sands in interesting and fun. They have a storefront where they sell some of their gear and products, but the majority of this space is filled with design offices and a warehouse in the back to host events/work on custom motorcycles. I came in on a day when Roland Sands was hosting a huge motorcycle event with vendors and Born-Free so it was unusually busy and eventful. Luckily, I got there right when they opened at 9a.m. so I was out of there before it got too busy. Michael was working the front at the time when I was here and he was awesome. He checked in on my hubby and I here and there to see if we needed any help and made some recommendations on style and fit. There was no pressure at all to buy and I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a leather jacket - they make really nice ones here for women and men! I definitely want to come back here for their warehouse sale! :)

I have the almost $700 clarity air filter on my bike and I have the 300+ dollars when I bought it clarity primary cover on my bike. The polycarbonate on these products end up, cracking up around the bolt holes and in order to replace them a cost almost $100 with shipping and handling for the replacement polycarbonate and gasket. Over the years I've spent several hundred dollars replacing these products to keep my rolling sands products looking nice. Another note is you cannot get a replacement gasket for the primary cover or air filter cover without buying the whole piece. The slightest over tightening or a little bit too much vibration in your bike and you have spider cracks all over. I went ahead and spent the money one last time on my primary cover with the gasket and new polycarbonate and no matter what it leaks primary fluid out of it. You try tighten it down a little bit to stop the leak and she cracks up. Do not recommend buying this product. It will be nothing but more money and headaches, long-term. I've had this stuff on my bike for a long time(many years and really appreciate the look, but unfortunately, the design is not there. Just my opinion, but I am pulling my primary cover off and ordering a new one with no polycarbonate to relieve myself of all these headaches, even though I love the look. Especially for the price of these products there should be absolutely no issues for that amount of money. Also, the bolt spacers on the air cleaner, not only the two that mounted to the bike, but also the five that surround the diameter of the air cleaner turned gold after a while, and lose their black Powdercoat. The company that makes these for Roland sands replaced them for free for me one time, but they are right back where they started and I literally had to take them off and have them powder coated myself at another company. But no matter what the two that mount the air cleaner to your bike, the Powdercoat cannot handle the heat long-term. Not a good design in anyway unfortunately. It took me a long time to come to this conclusion that I need to just move on unfortunately. really sucks after the amount of money that these products cost me. Over $1000 between the two of them. Sorry Roland Sands.
