When in to borrow their code reader because my master () light was on for the past couple weeks and couldn't find the problem. After using both my personal scanner and theirs, it came back as 0 codes and in the green. They didn't have to, but they decided to look up possible reasons why both scanners read "0 codes" and said it could possibly be my brakes as that's an issue not connected to scanners but more the system itself. They referred me a mobile mechanic too if I wanted that extra reassurance who would be able to tell what exactly the issue can come from. read more

Went into the O'Reilly on Rosecrans (store #4423) after AutoZone couldn't install my wiper blades. It was already a hassle going from one place to another not knowing if anyone would help, but Nina the store manager, took care of it no problem, even though I didn't buy them there. She didn't hesitate, knew exactly what she was doing, and handled it fast. She was also really kind and respectful the whole time, just solid customer service all around. You can tell she actually knows her stuff and runs a good store. I really appreciated her helping me out like that when she didn't have to. Thankfully this auto parts store is open later than most others. The o Reilly that's closer to my house closes 2 hours before this location. I was in need of a new battery for my car key, and the employee (shout out to Pablo) at the front really helped with the installation. I've never had to replace the battery in my car key before so if it weren't for him I would have had a hard time at home. After finishing the installation, Pablo showed me recommendations on the computer for if I were to replace the key altogether, so that's an option I might look into for the future. Employees here are the best! The only problem is the manager Nina, she is horrible and should be fired! Employees look miserable around her. She complains to customers about 'babysitting' her employees because they are young (not because they are bad). One time I called in to ask if they had a part in stock and Nina answered. She was very unprofessional and rude. She put me in hold three times to 'look for the part' and each time she came back to the phone she asked again what it was I wanted. The first time I asked she asked she said 'I don't know what that is' I asked if she can look it up on their system. After the fourth time coming back to ask again, I told her I've said the part so many times already and she hung up on me. Another incident I was at the store and I saw her disciplining an employee for not wanting to go on lunch after just starting their shift 30 minutes ago. Apparently this happens everyday she is working, employees are being forced to take a lunch 30 minutes to an hour after clocking in. Nina needs to be investigated by corporate and fired for good! I don't usually write reviews but this manager really needs to be stopped, you can see how much the employees are suffering under her charge. Also I heard an ex employee is suing due to her unprofessionalism, making him work under conditions he shouldn't be and not accepting his requested days off (which were requested weeks in advanced) because SHE wants the weekends off. read more

Don't bring your battery to charge here!!! They thieve you!!! They switched out my battery to a cheap one that's worthless. The assistant manager stated that the only one that can review footage at the store to prove that it was not the same battery is the main manager who would be in an hour. When I said I would wait the hour, he then stated his manager just went into a meeting a 6:30 ish in the evening "really" and not coming in and gave me a corporate phone #. So obviously nothing done today, but I will be back tomorrow with my receipt that shows proof they switched it out! I will be back with the ending of my ridiculous disgusting experience with this store of employees as a whole!!! read more

I have a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV and have been procrastinating getting the oil changed. I'm 7000 miles over from my last oil change! Edward helped me with great advice and found that I had nO oil I in my SUV. He added the oil and helped me as I was in a suit but willing to try myself. He refused a cash tip from me and stated that he is only doing his job but appreciate it. I am back on the road wIth reassurance that I'll make it home safe and put the SUV in the shop first thing in the morning. read more

I went to check my brake discs and the man Roger said they were completely worn out and said that he had $70 each for a brake disc which I though WOW that is insanely high price ! I've seen them cheaper in other places! So I decided to decline his offer and go to a mechanic I know of and I asked him and he said they were perfectly fine and just needed to be cut. And in my heart I felt like he was trying to hustle me so please do not go here ! They will try to SCAM you!!!! I've been to this store a few times with great service. I went there a few weeks ago and asked guy for Veterans Discount and he says ok. I show him my Veterans Card and when I get home there is no discount on my receipt. No big deal except I get E mail from them asking how my experience was and rate them. Service with Briana was awful, i came in to return some parts, she told me that there was nothing on my number that referred to the parts, i asked her, are you sure, she replied, positive and she said she couldn't do anything for me, even after i showed her my credit card statement, show i payed for them that day. Then showed up Oscar, and he was a great deal of help, very friendly and good at his job, he pulled up the record when i bought them, and returned them and gave me new ones. All Briana was doing was putting customers on hold and on her cellphone. I specifically prefer going to this one not only cause it's close by but they try their best to help you find what you need. Some auto stores will just tell you that they don't have the part your looking for and not give you a suggestion for a substitute or something even better. I come here for quality and great prices.
