I visited with a friend here in the lounge area. It was linner (in between dinner and lunch time haha) and it was not crowded at all. We had our pick of where to sit and the waiter helped us quickly. We were there before 5pm, so we had the lunch menu to choose from. We had a handful of different appetizers and they were all good. They have a selection of local and craft beers, but none on tap. However the selection covers a good range. At 5, i am the only person here, and I am here between conference meetings. But the beer is good. Now I think I will try the evening's other special, Jack and Coke. As a fan of bourbon,I am unsure about this Tennessee whisky. And this is Arkansas. Slow slow slow. Ordered biscuits and gravy with bacon and eggs. They brought the biscuits in about 10 minutes. Waiting on rest of the order. Waiting waiting waiting finally. What a great space to co-work in! With great food, drinks, friendly staff and all sorts of seating - this place rules. Located in the Chancellor hotel's 1st floor this bistro has a sleek design. The half circle mini couches (if you will) with the middle partitioned table was comfortable and a productive spot to get work done with a coworker. Apps: get the sliders. just do it. I mean.... There's a pb&j burger in the trio (amazing.) skip the hummus. The steak special was out of the world. The filet was tender and seasoned well (no salt needed.) Disappointing. Breakfast was underwhelming, at its best. It all started when the waitress/hostess pointed at a booth, rather than escorting us to this booth. From that point onward, nothing was exceptional or memorable with our experience here...not even the "usualness" my lack of words to offer (here) further conveys my disappointment. read more

Don't waste your time or money. We were at a seminar and went there for lunch and the waitress never even came back to our table. Today I go down and order a side salad and Fries hoping it would take a shorter amount of time plus left a tip. I stood there for 38 minutes and never got my food and when I asked the manager for refund she was nasty to me. I don't know how they stay in business read more

This place really is terrible, went to eat breakfast with family visiting and they just could not pull it off. Pretty simple, eggs over medium... No runny whites and cold. Sausage patties cold. Toast cold. One person asked for no onions in there hash browns, which it stated on the menu, no one got them. This is a Restaurant and also the Room Service for the Chancellor Hotel. My daughter ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger, everything was fine. I had previously ordered chicken wings in sweet chili sauce, which were dry and very generic. I also ordered parmesan French fries..I had to laugh!!! WHO (that has any cooking sensibilities?!) prepares parm fries with the whole hard parmesan block? You make them by spicing the fries and then adding shake parm and mixing well. So what I got was a plate of fries that had a melt of thin sliced parm, which doesn't melt well at all. I also ordered a Slider Trio. Your choice of burger, veggie, and blt. The burger, on Pointe! The veggie..... very confusing. I was unaware that sauteed veggies a sandwich did make. The blt was a few over hardened broken pieces of bacon, a mealy tomato, on a tasty brioche bun. Not sure what I'd rate that...? But the biggest bummer of all was the Creme Brulee. The carmelized skin was perfect but the consistency of the Creme was just wrong. I think they have some great foodie ideations but need practice getting them to fruition. I would definitely try again...there really is great potential. Fingers crossed!!! read more
